A	Amandeep Kaur Ghotra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding a hair on your food is gross!!!!!!! We waited for more than 30 mins for our pizza which was a large pizza half chicken half veg. They gave us two different pizza by saying that they made a mistake and instead of half and half they made a full chicken pizza. I was okay with that as mistakes can happen. After that we got home, tried their chicken pizza first and noticed on my very first bite that there was a hair stuck in one of the chicken bite. We called them and they said they can deliver another one but it will take 40 more mins. We decided to not have a pizza and get our refund. Few minutes later my vegetarian friend tried her veg pizza and again there was a hair found on a slice. Which is disgusting. We again called the location to let them know about the second incident. The girl on the phone calling herself a manager of the location got offended when i complained about the second pizza also. She said that she is angry because we are making a statement on how the sell their pizzas. Which is so true. If the hair was on one pizza, we can atleast say that it was by mistake but then the second one packed in a different box having the same issue( A HAIR) is not a mistake. Looks like they are not concerned about the food and safety protocols. And on top of that trying to defend your mistake is not acceptable thats not something a customer is looking for and that too from a MANAGER! this is truly one of the most pathetic experience of my life.

If someone order veggie pizza means they can’t eat non veg. They should make sure what they are delivering. Then she said come to store to show us. Like seriously, it’s worst experience ever.

Otherwise its really good. I would recommend you this but you have to waste one of the slice. Even though i also do this?.

I have been ordering pizza from here past 4 years always the pizza and the service was as perfect as it could be. Sometimes could say during rush hours they do tend to mess up a little but still we are all human and that’s just so common they still handle the situation like professionals. I did get a burnt pizza base once and they sent a new pizza free of cost right away and also I got a refund for my first pizza. Plus there toppings are on point you will little of everything you ordered for in a proper quantity which is actually good cause you’ll get the taste of everything and not just be thing it’s like a blast of topping in your mouth lol. And the manager there is polite, friendly and truly professional Definitely would recommend them if you around Sheridan college do right em out and trust me you wouldn’t regret it and probably might thank me
