A	A B C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a meet & greet and to discuss abdominal issues with my potentially new doctor (Dr.Fatima). I was looking for a new doctor closer to home so as not to have to go all the way to the city (the city gives me anxiety and its it's far)... The front counter gals were great, even when I called they were very friendly. The office is very clean and nice. During the meet & greet appointment, Dr. Fatima's approach with me was very rude. She said I had to 'hurry up' talking about my stomach issue, interrupted me several times and spoke to me in a condisending matter. I found it rather rude. I did not feel comfortable conversing with her any longer so I gathered my belongings and left, deciding I didnt need to entertainin her poor behavior towards me. I sincerely appreciate medical help from individuals who practice mutual respect, compassion and kindness, that in which I found very lacking with my brief encounter with Dr.Fatima. I will gladly continue to induce my anxiety and drive to the city to see my existing doctor who I appreciate even more after this experience.
B	Brittany Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first pregnancy. I received inconsiderate bedside manner while I attended my prenatal visits. The doctor does not take the time to get to know returning patients in my experience. Each time I went she acted like we were meeting for the first time and she was surprised each time when I told her I was pregnant. Prenatal appointment booked but surprised I'm pregnant? Hmm. I had to have the same exact conversation each time I visited because she had no clue about me. Each appointment I left feeling extremely worried about my pregnancy. I would never reccommend this place for any pregnant woman especially first time moms.

Waited for an appointment for over a month to have it changed 3 times 2 days before i get a call asking if i can come in at 1 because Dr Fatima has to leave by 3pm that day. I said no i cant as I made the arrangements already to leave early to accommodate my 3 pm appointment. Her solution is to make me wait another month. Complete disregard for anyone else. BE AWARE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME booking anything

I do not know how a medical clinic can be open and just not answer phones. Very unprofessional for a medical establishment. As well Dr. Fatima missed crucial information regarding my 10 year old daughters urine test we have decided to longer attend this clinic. The information she did not give us resulted in a 8 hour visit to the Stony Plain Emergency.
P	Paul lawson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved to Spruce Grove and needed a family doctor for our family of 5. We had a 1 hour appointment booked for the 5 of us to do a meet and greet. Here are my observations: #1. The clinic is very modern and clean. #2.The reception staff and nurses were all very friendly and kind. #3. Doctor Fatima is a very experienced doctor, she was kind and listened to me as I explained my various health issues. (Diabetes and other things). She was very patient and while not a 'chatty Cathy' she was professional and made me feel at ease. I certainly would reccomend this clinic and can't understand why there are negative reviews. I am super happy to have her as a new family GP.
T	TJ Suttie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Fatima is an amazing Doctor. I decided to go to her as a new patient. She is a no nonsense Doctor who gets straight to the point. She savled my life and got me an emergency proceedure on Christmas Eve. I ended up having life saving emergency surgery. I highly reccomend Dr. Fatima. If you are looking for a Doctor who will say what you want to hear; then do not go see her... If you want a Doctor who is serious about her profession and your health... then she is the right Doctor to see.
