★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the Stoney creek location today and spoke with Joe Stewart the Sales associate. He was very professional and informative. His product knowledge was very impressive! He got me upfront pricing and I saved money that I wasn’t expecting.(bonus) I’m glad I did business with him and was quite impressed with the sale. I will be recommending him family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so much for the store but for this process. I picked a mattress and we agreed upon the mattress being delivered today (Saturday, May 7). I had family with me who was witness to this. I received a call yesterday saying my delivery was on the way and I called back confused, telling the delivery guy that I had booked for Saturday (today) and that no one was there to receive. Delivery guy told me no problem and that it would be changed back to today.
I now just received a call from someone called Drew, who was very condescending and rude, stating they won’t honour today and that he is rebooking for the 14th. The call was on speakerphone and now my family is feeling not only upset about the date being changed, but how I was spoken to.
I would like to give Sleep country a chance to fix this and deliver today but i don’t think this will happen. Would not recommend just based on how I was treated after I had purchased and paid and waiting for my delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having shopped more than once at Sleep Country over the years, I can certainly say that the quality of the items sold are top notch.
Everything from boxspring and mattress encasements, to sheets, pillows, box springs and mattresses.
The associates at the different locations that I have interacted with, are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and have always made sure that I found the exact products I was shopping for.
Not only have I shopped there for myself, but have also shopped there for elder family members as well.
The warranties are also truly amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joseph spent a lot of time getting us to try out different beds for comfort levels, etc. So far the bed is great but the box spring is too low. Not a problem, they are coming to pick it up and will bring a higher one. So great service.

After 3 weeks of bad sleep (wrong mattress) I went back April 21st, the man working was very busy and extra nice, very helpful, helped me choose the right mattress for me. great service from him. Delivery was also perfect gentlemen very polite and careful.
