Our family has been buying all of our beds for 20 years from Rob Drury. I have never met such a knowledgeable and honest salesperson! Rob totally aims to please. Today he sold us a king size Sealy Posturepedic for all of our new aches and pains. If it’s not right for us, they have a 100 night sleep guarantee. To me, that’s a safe purchase!! Ask for Rob!

My purchase was an adjustable bed. My impression is Sleep Country stands behind their products. The customer care gentleman in the store was professional, friendly and flexible for my delivery needs and product purchase requirements. I purchased from the Stoney Creek, ON location off Fifty Rd. No pressure just conversation to determine my needs and pricing. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful putting the bed together and providing my paperwork. Five star service my opinion.

We bought the kingsdown "coolest mattress in the world" It is not at all a cool mattress. Disappointed.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. You will not get a good sleep with sleep country canada. We received a mattress with a huge lump in one corner. This mattress should have not left the warehouse like this. The whole refund process is a nightmare. Beware if you want to return or refund anything. They will run you in circles and try their best to keep your money. We have not gotten our full refund and they are stating that we didnt return our mattress protector which we did along with the mattress. We will never buy any products from sleep country canada ever again and will never recommend this company to anyone.

We went to the storenkn 50 road in Winona. Rob was great. Asked a lot of discover questions and helped us buy the right mattress as opposed to trying to sell us a mattress. Great buying experience. Looking for to the 100 day trial to make sure it is indeed the right fit.

We recently purchased a king Idina mattress as well as a mattress protector and Egyptian cotton sheets. Our experience at the Stoney Creek store was a 10/10 and it was all because of the excellent service we received from customer care representative Rob Drury. He is the best sales representative I've experienced in a very long time. He listened exactly to what we were trying to find in a mattress and patiently presented us with all our options. At no time did we ever feel like he was pushing us to a certain mattress or brand or price point. Selecting a mattress can be daunting because a good night sleep completely depends on this decision! We were presented with at least 9 options and with excellent explanations about the features of each mattress we were able to narrow our choices down to two and then our favorite. We then selected a mattress protector and sheets. Both products were superior. Unfortunately after a couple nights of using the sheets we were sad that the fitted sheet was just not going to stay on the mattress. The Idina mattress is at least 19.5" thick therefore 18" fitted sheets simply won't stay put. We were very very saddened to have to return the sheets because they are amazing. Instead we now have the bamboo sheets. This fitted sheet is much larger and it stays in place with no slipping. These sheets are pure luxury! Both the Egyptian cotton and bamboo sheets are highly recommended for their comfort and feel. We have already recommended this store to friends based on our experience. Would go back there without hesitation all because of our experience with Rob.

Lack of communication from the sales person in respect to how the return process works. As a result of that there was a substantial amount of conversation required to get second pickup done as the " one in - one out" concept was not explained properly. Old bed was mattress and posture board. They didn't ask- which they should - so when the truck showed up they brought in the new one piece bed and would only take one piece out. The people they use for their deliveries which is a 3rd party hire need a lesson in manners as well as customer service. The situation was resolved next day with an additional pick up charge but it should never have come to that. What was an otherwise good experience was ruined by the return situation. The initial person I dealt at the 1-800 number with was not making any effort to resolve until I started to go ballistic. Suggested I xall local garbage pickup! Really??? The rep at the store was useless in trying to resolve -" nothing I can do". Again - Really??? Nice answer. Great salesmanship. Great new product.Love the bed. Horrible problem resolution.

It was a very positive experience with Sleep Country. We went to the Stoney Creek store near Costco and dealt with Julie. The service was perfection! She gave us all the information we needed before we purchased. There was no pressure at all. Can't say enough good things about our dealings there. We also returned to use our15% credit and bought new pillows and bedding. So pleased with the quality of everything. It took a few nights to get used to the new beds but now we sleep like a baby - so happy!!!
