Bought them yesterday, opened it for lunch, and suprise. Called them right away, and the lady said to keep it in the freezer and bring it back for refund. Keep this in a freezer? I dont think so. So far we really never had any issues with their products, but i guess this one was kind of sneaky devil...

Well stocked. Efficient check out. Very definite increase in prices overall noticed( like everywhere... Have noticed difference in return policy. It used to be that they would look up what you had paid for an item when you were returning it. Now if you return without receipt this location at least seems to just give you back the lowest ever selling price.

This is one of our favorite Costcos to visit due to the good selection, but their employees have to be some of the rudest I've ever come across. My husband and I are on the same membership, we tend to always use his card when checking out. He steps aside and I pay with OUR credit card. For the first time EVER I was demanded to see my card, I explained I didn't have it on me and we are on the same membership etc. They continued to let me check out but rudely exclaimed they didn't have to let me do that and maybe next time I should bring my own card. She then told me it's the rules so I should follow them, I tried explaining we've never had an issue. I have no issue following the rules but maybe have your staff across the board follow them.

Very surprised to see the high average rating here. In terms of selection and general store layout, it feels roughly the same as some other Costco locations in the area. Their cash out areas on the other hand are closer together than others I frequent. This wouldn’t be notable a couple years back, but presently people weren’t social distancing through checkout specifically because it’s very hard to do so. My limited experience with their staff also wasn’t promising. I recently spoke with costumer service for a pricing issue and found their handling of the situation lousy. I picked up a rug from a pile that had mixed selection (there were only 2 near identical to the one I grabbed) and only one price tag related to rugs in the area. The listed tag was roughly $15 and upon cashing out it came up as $20. Customer service were somewhat snarky in how they said the tag above the product was not for the one I grabbed and that people move products all the time. They sent someone to go look and could not find any other area or price tag for the mat I grabbed. They would not honour the price of the only tag they had next to the only area they kept those mats, which I may add was a measly 25% ($5) difference. As an β€œexecutive member”, which obviously means very little at this location, despite what they say, I find it amusing they won’t absorb a tiny price difference generated by their own misleading product placement. This very likely was some old stock item that they cleared out and just tossed onto another slightly lower price stack of similar items hoping someone will grab it and check out quickly. Personally I’ll avoid this Costco, but to each their own.

Love this place, unique food items you can't find in other grocery stores. Staff is always friendly and helpful! The only complaint I have is the way they pack your buggy when checking out, I purposely put all my heavy items on the belt first to make it easy for them but everytime the heavy items end up going in last on top of the bread and salads, I guess some training it needed.

Had a terrible experience earlier this afternoon (between 1400-1500) at this Costco with an extremely rude and condescending cashier. For context, I have been doing groceries at Costco for my family (mother, father, and grandparents live together) since the start of the pandemic. My mother no longer drives and thus depends on myself and my dad to either get groceries or drive her to groceries. We haven't gotten around to switching the names on the membership card to reflect that, so the membership is still under my mother's name. I usually explain my situation to the cashiers, or use self checkout and I have never had an issue. My ID also has the same address as my mother. I would have entirely been happy to sign up for another membership, or figured out the card situation with my mom if the cashier had been less rude and condescending towards me. I tried to explain to her that I would get the membership account updated, but I needed to just check out today so I can bring the groceries to my parents. I had just gotten off of a 12 hour night shift, and would be working another 12 hour day shift with only today in between. I had forced this grocery trip, and would not have any other time to do another shop another day. She actually rolled her eyes at me and scoffed before calling for "lane assistance" instead of being able to empathize with my situation. For the entire interaction I was respectful, but she spoke to me as if I were a criminal or someone purposely trying to take advantage of the system. It was very disrespectful and left a very bad taste in my mouth. Both the lane assistance employee and the cashier were quite rude and unaccommodating towards me. I ended up walking out without my groceries and did not want to be essentially forced to sign up for another Costco membership under the same household. Now, these two employees have effectively ruined my day, wasted my time, and made me very unlikely to ever sign up for my own independent Costco membership. I have no use for buying items in bulk anyway, and had only been doing it for my family as a favor during the pandemic to reduce the amount of times they have to leave the house. Beyond disappointed today, will likely not return. I understand having to enforce the policy, but losing humanity and being overly rude about it will get you nowhere. Lots of people still depend on neighbors, friends, and family members for groceries.

Really love this location because it's so close to my house & I love their return policy. The staff are really friendly & very helpful. The building is kept very clean.
