★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! I was in to purchase a few mirrors, when I got to cash I was told that they were marked incorrectly and that the price on the items would not be honoured. Essentially I was made to feel like they thought I had changed the stickers, which is funny because all of those particular mirrors (6 of them) had the same price, I was purchasing 3.
Needless to say I will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine was treated horribly this week at this location. She is a gem of a person and known for her Homesense shopping trips on IG! She was followed around by staff who were making her feel as if they thought she was committing a crime. And when she asked for assistance to carry her heavy merchandise out she was ignored, dismissed and then eventually ''helped'' by leaving her bags on the ground outside. She is a beautiful BIPOC woman who happens to also wear hijab and if this is how your employees treat ppl who may not look like then then SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this location. They usually have an amazing selection and sell out very quickly. So if you love something, buy it! I have lost out and learned the hard way. Their customer service is also great, very friendly. Only issue at times is finding someone to help you. But once you do they are there to help you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing staff I wish I could rate more manager was so helpful and humble . I bought a table and it didn’t fit in my home came back for a return of the smaller version it was sold out so i decided to take the table apart . The manager was so helpful and nice throughout the entire ordeal .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greeter at door is a personal touch. Rows of clearance shelves, nice to look through. Great, handicap; very clean restrooms. Nice that it is do close to Fortino's. Staff really helpful, and very friendly and fun.
