★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Hamilton Jysk. All the staff are always helpful, friendy and outgoing. I always walk out of the store with more things than I intended. I lost receipts a month ago that I needed for tax purposes, the manager Harsh, was able to pull up my receipts through the system and sent a file to my email. Thanks everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought queen bed from this location and Store Operations Manager - Harsh served us.
He provided excellent customer service at the time when we went in store to browse around options for bed.
Then when we finalized the bed ,which was not available at his store.At this stage there was delay in shipment during to ongoing Supply Chain issues.
Harsh went above and beyond and arranged this bed for us in 3 weeks of time .
Then after when we picked the furniture and astarted assembling it ,we found some of parts were detective.
We talked to Harsh over phone and bought defective parts and Harsh arranged the defective parts box right away for us.

I picked up four cushions for my couch.
Nice bright store, enjoyed my shopping experience. I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found everything I needed right away. I love the merchandise that Jysk offers, however, I find the layout of the store very maze-like & frustrating to navigate. I understand that it's meant to guide buyers to maximum items to encourage impulse buying, but it actually just makes me angry & frustrated trying to find my way out. As I was entering the store, I overheard another lady say she didn't think she would ever find the exit! It needs a re-think.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I’ve been looking for counter height stools my island is very big and I needed a required depth for the stools low and behold JYSK again had not only the requirements I needed but also had it in stock. Julie the incredible manager calls her warehouse in the store and gets me the 3 stools ASAP. Love this store I’ve bought 10 dining room chairs about 2 years ago still in great shape even though my cats have claws. 4 lounge chairs this summer and now the stools great quality furniture. Julie you’re the best.
