★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a very specific size mattress to fit into my Honda Element Camper and I came across Direct Bed. I saw online that they were able to do custom sizing so I called in to inquire. I believe I spoke with someone by the name of Steve over the phone and he helped me picked out the perfect one. They were able to accommodate my size request and also able to get it completed in a timely manner (less than a week!). I picked it up today and I am more than happy with the mattress. The two gentlemen that were on site at the Stoney location were also very friendly during my pick up. Great quality mattress & great staff.

Jesse went above and beyond to get us the the mattress. We will be buying another mattress for another family member after great service we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did buy from them back i 2018 and the experience in terms of customer satisfaction and customer service is top notch, we had some issues with the mattress after 6 months of purchase and they happily swapped it with a new one, and even today they are happy to assist you with any questions advice or support you may need.
The service and ability to attend one is appreciable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a mattress from Direct Bed, and let me tell you... these guys are not messing around. for these reasons:
1. I contacted them through the website and they were straightforward with all the answers I've got.
2. Steve the salesman, took his time showing me all kinds of mattresses that were within my budget and the kind of sleeper I'm.
3. After choosing the right mattress for me, I found out it was above my budget. Steve managed to make sure it was within my budget. Side note, I DID NOT NEGOTIATE AT ALL!!!
4. Bed Direct managed to deliver the mattress ON THE SAME DAY OF PURCHASE!! THATS IS FASTER THAN AMAZON SHIPPING!
In my opinion, Direct Bed went above and beyond to meet my needs and over-delivered. I'm so glad that such a local business thrives to meet its customers' expectations and needs.

I have no complaints. I also got a real good discount. The mattress is great quality and very comfortable. I ordered a twin firm matterss. And I got what I requested for.

The manager was super friendly and knowledgeable helping me pick out the best mattress for me. The delivery was fast and they were great guys as well. Very positive experience!
