★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off my family to order for me while i ran some errands. 40 mins came back no food. Waited another 40 mins stilll no food. They forgot our order. I went to the tim hortons to buy chilli. Came back my food came but they forgot 2 orders and the pho was cold for my parents. Will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here since this opened about 10 years ago. It's a great place to go and get your Vietnamese fix!! All their Pho soups and their rice noodle plates are great. My favourite, recommended by their chef one day, is the cubed beef. We also tried their chicken wings one day, love them.
As for the restaurant, it's clean and very well kept. The service is quick and the people are very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best PHO place in city, never mind the city the entire province. Excellent quality and quick service. It seems that their staff is family and they're all hard working and passionate to delivering great service. None of that fake over the top friendly persona, just genuine there to help and serve - straight to the point service.
Food comes out great and quick every single time, the owners are very nice people. Great pricing especially considering the amount you receive and the taste. Their best location is this one - the one on Queenston.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #468 - Rice is warm (not hot enough), chicken is a bit dry, and pot chop is a bit hard. I have been here for my lunch before, this is my first time to try her rice; honestly other dishes are better than steam rice.
