M	MjaBen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried Saigon House for the first time and I’m so happy we did. I ordered online for pickup and my partner walked over to get the food. Staff was friendly and efficient. The food and smoothly were carefully packaged. And everything was so delicious. I didn’t think I liked pad Thai but apparently I’d just never had good stuff before because it was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!
D	Dawn Stowell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service - I asked the waiter for hot fish sauce and they brought it w/a cautionary warning. It was the perfect complement to my Beef Noodle Bowl. It was also my first time trying the dessert, Osmanthus. It is clear gelatin flavoured with the flowers of the same name. It tastes of very light apricot with a hint of piney greeness. It is a perfect low calorie, gluten free dessert to cleanse the palette or as a way to cool oneself in the summer.
E	E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Early 2020 review: Used to order through delivery apps from Saigon House a lot for their Asian food. The Pad Thai was a constant order for me. I would definitely choose chicken over beef for my protein but up to you. There's also a veggie option for the Pad Thai. I've ordered the Korean Chicken on Rice before -- do NOT recommend. Doesn't taste Korean at all, tasted just like sweet and sour chicken... not worth it. The only "Korean" thing was that it had sesame seeds over the rice. Shouldhv resisted the urge to order something Korean from a Chinese/Vietnamese place... Don't have a picture but the Lemongrass Beef with Egg and Rice was a HUGE favourite of mine. Cheap but also super filling! Can't comment on the service or the actual resto but overall the food is okay for Asian food in Hamilton.

I reported them to public health and Uber eats but I feel nauseous and needless to say will never be ordering from here again. Owners response: there is fruit flies due to the weather. There is no way these are fruit flies and this is a public health concern. I appreciate the apology from the owner but this is not okay.

We also have salad rolls and they are very fresh, the veggies they serve with Pho also very fresh, seems they very care about using fresh and good quality ingredients. Will keep continue eating here. Service was very good too, staff is very nice and helpful

I noticed they were open late on a Sunday as I was coming home from work, and I thought I'd pop in and give it a try. While I did not try the table top cooking (I am coming back for sure!), I was SUPER impressed with the short ribs, shrimp and rice dish I got. It was delicious. The portion was massive. It was everything I wanted it to be. The restaurant was clean. The server was polite and friendly. And overall, a fantastic experience. Im looking forward to more BBQ!
