While doing my intake, I have never experienced such a thorough process. Not only were they thorough during intake, my consultation was very thorough as well. The dental hygienist explained everything in detail about what they were doing, she even went out of her way to explain the medical terms they were using and what they meant, which made me understand my oral hygiene habits and problems very well. All the staff that I encountered during my visit were so friendly and bubbly, it was a such a joy to be around.
One of the very few dentists that I've been through where I never felt judged about my oral health and where they came up with a detailed planned toward my dental health!
Absolutely will recommend anyone looking for a thorough trustworthy dentist to go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this office. Very good with the whole family. Dr John takes time to actually listen to your concerns. He offers all options and doesn't pressure you to take the more expensive one.
The entire staff is great with my kids. One has severe anxiety from the the last dentist. The Mansbridge team have won him over and no more tears!!!
They work hard to accommodate your schedule and emergancies.
Great job team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Dentists I have ever had fix my neanderthal cave! And I've had a few! His staff are fantastic , professional people.......and pretty! Lol.
its like having an extended family! The office is immaculate, state of the art, in every way! You can even talk to Siri and change radio stations! Without anyone knowing! Lol. I would recommend Dr . Bruce and his staff to anyone for Dentistry work! And if your a good patient they let you pick a prize to keep! How can anyone go wrong! I got a Superman medallion for my keychain! Looks great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I did not receive the required help for my tooth aches/sensitivity from Dr.Bruce. I found Dr.Bruce to be quite irritated and Impatient. My children see Dr.John. They find Dr.John to be knowledgeable/thorough and kind. The dental team is absolutely fantastic! Anyways, Dr.Bruce told me “there is nothing to be done unless I wanted to pay thousands of dollars”.. ??..he did not explain exactly what he was talking about.. handed me a tube of Sensodyne toothpaste and dismissed me. My fillings were fully covered under my benefits. Three days later my bottom right filling came loose. I had the filling replaced elsewhere and a thorough cleaning done as well. I would not recommend seeing Dr.Bruce. He has no empathy.

I'm very happy with the Hamilton/Stoney Creek staff from reception, to intake, to techs, to dentist. Wish I knew about this place long before now. Thank you for all that you do!

I’ve had extensive work done by Dr John and I am no longer anxious and afraid! Everyone in the office is so nice and caring. I had one-on-ones each time with Melissa who took me step by step and answers any questions I have. She is the best! Dr John is the best! I am so grateful to have found this dental office. I actually look forward to my next appointment. Never thought I would say that. 5 stars to everyone in this office. Thank you for your care and kindness.❤️
