I walked in met a guy named Ben who had a ton pf product knowledge, he asked me a couple questions showed me what he thought was the best boot for me, and BOOM he was right easy peasy, I was out. If the store is reading this I think Ben deserves a promotion..... and I mean the customer is always right ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in there today buying boots. The customer service I received was amazing. I tried on a lots of boots and the sales clerk was more than happy and willing to make sure I was getting the right type and fit of boot. This is now my go to place for safety boots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boss phoned Jeff to let him know that I was interested in a certain type of metatarsal Reebok shoe. Jeff said he would check stock and get back to us as he was currently in Brantford. Not only did he get back to us but he was at our facility in no more than an hour later with the shoe that I requested. Jeff has handled our entire large workforce for quite a few years now. He is very personable and he knows his products. Never has he left us down. Give Jeff a try and I promise that you will not be disappointed.
