Was okay, just picked up a pillow

Just bought a perfect L shaped couch, made sure it fit my needs! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Good selection, but not a good experience for me at all. I went to their mattress blow out, found a very good mattress at a good price. The sales lady double checked and said there was one left in the size I wanted, and that she would hold it for me. I had to arrange a truck for pick up before committing to the purchase. Once completed, I called back to confirm the purchase and pick up time with the sales rep. She then phoned me back to say that her boss had promised 'the last mattress' to someone else, but hadn't 'taken it out of the system' so I was now out of luck. Oh, but I could purchase a more expensive mattress - those were in stock. And even though the error was theirs, they would be magnanamous enough to split the difference with me. I am on a limited budget, and was quite clear about my spending limit. I found the situation very 'crooked car salesmen' like. If they couldn't provide what was agreed upon or promised due to errors or miscommunication on their part, then they should have provided the more expensive mattress at the same price, or at least offered to order another to replace it. So after arranging for a truck, and friends to help with delivery, I have been left with very bad taste regarding my dealings with this establishment! Oh we messed up, so lets use this opportunity to try and get more money out of our customer, instead of making it right with the customer due to our error! Bad form people! Not a way to do business in a small town if you ask me. Extremely disappointed ? Now I must gladly retract my disappointing review. The owner of the company called me from his spring break holiday with his family to apologize for the hassles of the day, offered to order the mattress I wanted to purchase at the same sale price, and even to deliver it to me free of charge due to the miscommunication on their part. I was highly impressed with the personal attention to correct a bad experience. Thank you for your efforts to make things right. I am impressed by the follow up, and would now recommend this store to my friends.

Very friendly. Manager and wife are welcoming when we entered and were very knowledgeable and helpful. Allow you to browse when needed and didn't hover. Great experience and highly recommend. Great service Sandip!

The owner is super nice, knowledgeable and understanding towards the customer. He helped us to buy our furniture and even guided us about a few things which helped us save money. They have a superb collection with unbeatable prices. Would definitely recommend for all furniture needs. Would buy more furniture soon. Cheers
