Bought a Sectional January 2/2021 i paid in full for this sectional at this time, Was supposed to pick it up on January 20/2021. Arrived to Pick it up and was told they didnt know where it was or when it would be in, but were expecting it any day now. When someone does actually pick up the phone there or call you back they still dont know where my sectional is.
Its 5 months later and they still have my money and i still dont have my sectional.
Buyer Beware they are very shady and dont really answer any questions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waiting on the power cord for the reclining sofa we purchased 4 weeks ago. Without the cord, we can not use the recliners. I didnt think it would take 4 weeks to get a cord from the warehouse in Edmonton... Review will change depending on the outcome of this situation....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have TERRIBLE customer service. They are a complete fraud. Was told that the product I bought had one year warranty. The leather on the sofas I bought started peeling off and when I called them they said that the warranty was only on the frame not material. Very UNTRUSTWORTHY. Would not recommend at all. Quality is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money here. Would give 0 stars if possible. You’re better off buying something from the brick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced, I tried to buy a mattress from them because of the poor communication between their workers I made the 30 minute drive into lloydminster twice to pick up this mattress and ended up walking away empty handed. Disappointed to say the least.

I received exactly what I was promised when I was promised at a great price I had been waiting 4 months for furniture I had ordered when I found Richi. I promptly cancelled that and received my new order from Richi the following day. I am very pleased !
