Okay. Let me get this one straight and simple. We all have experienced issues getting our orders done in a timely manner or whatever the case maybe which I have had experienced with the Brick store location in Lloydminster. "JEFF" who happens to be the Operation Manager of the store made my day a whole lot easier. He cordially addressed my issues about my orders and went even beyond extra mile to keep a good relationship with their customers. JEFF as Operation Manager deserves to be called for his position as it shows throughout the conversation we had and solved any sort of complaints in a professional manner.

Very unknowledgeable stuff. I bought a single bed which they called a twin. Then I bought twin sheets. The sheets are 12 in wider than the bed. Twins are 48 inches wide. Singles are 36 inches wide. You'd think if this is their business they would know the difference. I will never shop there again

Highly recommend buying from here, don't waste your time shopping anywhere else. The sales people, Tara in particular, was amazing to deal with. She gave me the best deals possible, without me having to ask for them. I did end up having a couple of defects with some of the products I had bought. My issues were taken care of immediately, by one of the managers, Jeff. He has went above and beyond with his customer service. I have never received better customer service anywhere! My issues were immediately acknowledged and resolved. I didn't have to fight to get a new product or to have things made right. They do this themselves, without you having to ask for it. I will never shop anywhere else. Their service is consistent, as my sister has had the same experience that I have had.

We are always happy to come and shop here at Brick Lloydminster, the staff are very accommodating and they always treat us well, we bought most of our furnitures and appliances here for our new house, their payment plans are affordable and easy . Kudos to Shahid and all the staff here.

So a little backGround - Bought a fridge from the Brick on boxing day sale in Dec 2018 and the compressor failed in Oct 2021. The original price of the fridge was $5200, we paid $3700 and had bought the 4 year warranty. Well at not even 3 years old, King and State didn’t have anyone in the area to repair the fridge and offered a credit where they take 1% off for every month owned. This was originally explained to us as full replacement value. Nope. Our only choice was to take $2500 to try and replace a $5200 fridge. Called the manager at the brick to see if he could help. No, he couldn’t but if I come there he’ll make sure to give me the best deal possible, just talk to the salesman we bought from and he’ll talk to him. I told him great, I would come in for Black Friday deals. I live over 100km away from this Location and have bought there multiple times over the years. So we drive all the way to Lloydminster to be told that there’s no extra deal that can be made on any of the fridges, even after I explained about speaking with the manager. The sales person said he spoke to the manager and there wasn’t much wiggle room on the price because the manufacturers set the price. Okay cool, wasted a trip for nothing. I had the replacement money sent to a different Brick, closer to where I live in St. Paul as delivery will be cheaper and more local. I told the salesman this and suddenly they can work on a price and are suddenly willing to help me. When I was looking at fridges in Edmonton the day prior all the salesman at those locations were willing to offer anywhere from $300-$500 off the same fridges but no, I trusted the Lloyd location. So I returned home and called the Brick in St. Paul and ordered the fridge I had chosen over the phone. I will never shop at the Brick again after this. Best buy at least honors their warranties, there’s no hidden terms and will actually offer deals on appliances that are priced the same as the Brick. I can now wait until January before I have a fridge again. Update: We received our fridge on March 24, 2022, paid for delivery and it was damaged and so far nothing has been done about it even though we reported it. Throughout the wait period for the fridge, we kept calling the brick for updates throughout the months and kept getting told there was nothing they could do. Not once did they offer us a loaner fridge as outlined in the warranty plan. Also the no lemon guarantee didn’t apply to our fridge somehow even though it was the 3rd service call. I cannot wait to be done with this company.

Mackenzie had outstanding customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find everything we needed. He knew how to put furniture together and colour match and made sure comfort was there as well. Great job.

Tara from the Lloydminster branch was recommend by a friend of mine and I must say Tara provided the best customer service I have ever received anywhere! She helped me find furniture to fit the space I had to work with and she did a fantastic job with her recommendations and 15 minutes later I was out the door happy with what I found! Will definitely be going back to Tara in the future!!!

Had such a breeze purchasing a few appliances with Beverly today. She price matched for me no questions asked. She even found items in stock that fit exactly what I was looking for. Can’t wait for the new appliances! Definitely will use The Brick again!
