★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with your service!! Bill went over and beyond in serving us- a family of 6 with 3 dogs, and out of town customers. He gave us plenty of options, to get us back on the road after a flat tire! We ended up purchasing 4 new tires and within an "hour and a half" as he quoted, we returned with our family and dogs, and it was completely serviced!! We were very happy with the quick service and we highly recommend your service to everyone!!! Thank you so much, you made our day!!! We so appreciate everyone at Fountain Tire, who helped us on that day!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fountain Tire has sold me numerous tires over the years. Last set of both summer and winter included a promise of 'Lifetime Seasonal Rotations'.
At last rotation, they again tried to renege on the deal but recanted and offered a 'Special, One Time' no fee service. I just want a commitment that they will honour the promises made at the time of sale.
If the word of a company cannot be trusted, how can anyone reasonably do business with them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well not enough good can be said about this service shop and the help it gave me with the leadership of Collin. I was coming from Penticton to Calgary on Thanksgiving weekend when tires blew up from a bad install in a town with no services. I called and got Collin. Not only did he help me find a tow that could get me withing the hour he helped me to show what went wrong and why with my tires. The shop was very helpful and had me back on the way in good time too. Very thankful for everything guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a road trip from Calgary, we hit something n the road and our tire got a buldge. We called late and the guy there (I think his name was steve) was very accommodating, and friendly. They got us a new tire on, and back on the road in no time. Thank you very much again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give Salmon Arm Fountain tire 5 stars because of there great service. My cars wheels had been tampered with center ring removed from mags ,not sure if it was wheel theft attempt or what ? Any ways they fitted me in right away Kevin then took care of the problem checking wheel nuts etc; replaced the stolen center piece with some he had in stock Thanks again Kevin for your great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This fountain tire stood out above all others. My vehicle broke down while I was passing through town and they helped me out in every way they could. Steve and James were terrific to deal with. If my vehicle ever broke down in Salmon Arm again I know exactly where I would go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a flat and needed a new tire. Took a while to arrive from Kelowna but not the fault of fountain. Kristi and Steve were very accommodating while we waited and were nice to our dog. Once the tire arrived they put it on right away. Great service!
