★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was easy to get an appointment through their online portal for next day. The vehicle was ready in time as promised. 4 star because sales person didn’t connect with me before performing additional work although he said he would. Overall happy for the work done in short notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought new tires here and they claimed I needed 3 new wheel bearings therefore they couldn't do a wheel alignment I needed as well. My bearings sounded fine so I decided to get a second opinion at a different shop which he did the assessment in front of me, and he said my wheel bearings were fine. I phoned kal tire and wanted to get to the bottom of what happened and why there was a discrepancy as I just wanted what's best for my car. The person who answered gave me a run around and said the tech who did the work wasn't in and they'd call me back which they never did. Got an alignment done at a 3rd shop due to the 2nd being booked which he recommended, and they also said my bearings were perfectly fine and just needed the alignment. Not sure what kind of people are working at kal tire or if they're just trying to push unnecessary cost onto people, but this just seemed wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at this location is fantastic. I had booked an appointment for new tires and they took my vehicle in right on schedule and got it done in short order. They didn't try to scare me into work that didn't need to be done, they just let me know the health/status of my brakes and suspension but said that nothing needed to be done at this time. I really appreciate the honesty of this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing customer service experience. Showed up at 4 on a Saturday afternoon, an hour before closing, with a flat hoping they could at least fix it and I could then put it back on. They grabbed my keys, fixed the tire and put everything back in order in about 30 minutes. And when it came time to pay, they said "it's on us". So impressed. I'll definitely put Kal Tire on top of the list the next time we need tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, AJ was very nice and patient with my neighbor and myself, checking us in with our flat. They were very busy and he never showed it.
Then Dayton fixing it, explaining the cause and what to watch for as the car is an older Honda. Then all done and there was no charge. Thank you gentlemen, you made a very stressed elderly person feel so at ease
