Absolutely disgusting experience (more than once) in this regard. Please save your own mental well being and respect for your furry friends when looking for services of this sort by skipping this company all together. Please check in on how your staff is wording situations like this with owners as it is very disrespectful and desensitized.

An amazing vet that was kind, compassionate careful and caring. Not just to our beautiful mare but also to us. Amazing people work here. Thank you so much Shuswap vet clinic for answering the call in our time of deep Sadness. Highly recommend this vet clinic.

The dr's are caring and very considerate towards all aspects of the pets and owners. Nothing bad to say about anyone in the clinic and will suggest them to anyone that needs pet care. Thank you all for your help, care and understanding, it is greatly appreciated.

P	Paige Erickson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shuswap vet has been great to deal with from normal visits like shots all the way to the worst kind of vet visit, having to put your animal down. Today in particular I woke up to my cats eye not doing well and when I phoned the receptionist said - we are booked but let me fit you in here somewhere cuz the weekend is coming up and we don’t want it to possibly get worse over the weekend. So they fit us in because they genuinely care about the well-being of the animal. I would also like to say I super appreciate that they still allow us to come in with our animals as long as we are masked up (most vets in the area are not doing this) good on you guys. Thanks for being there and caring

(Everything from house bunnies to cows and horses) I was very pleased with how helpful and accommodating the receptionists were with my requests. We have several different pets and it's great to have all their care in 1 practice! On our most recent visit, one of the receptionists provided me with an Insurance form from our provider, helped with filling it out and then sent it in! Great service. I would recommend them to any pet owner.
