After calling them up, Dustin was able to troubleshoot my issue over the phone and his resourcefulness helped me get the part I needed even though it was not in stock and that on a Saturday! The other members of team were super friendly and helpful as well! Thanks Sushwap Xtreme for the outstanding service! If only you had a location in Vancouver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow...these guys are the real deal! Needed an atv fix b4 long weekend, hope to make up mileage after our lost summer under fire restrictions n smoke choked skies. Rory went above n beyond helpful made sure a good job was done. A definite positive experience after numerous shoddy work done by that other now closed but definitely not missed business...down the street. Kudos restoring my faith in humanity n the industry I spend a lot of time adventuring with. Look forward to continue dealing with a good class of guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasure dealing with the Sales Manager Tom Byers. He is an easily approachable person with a wealth of knowledge for his product and other compeditor products. Tom Presented a few options for 4 wheelers but did not attempt to present something that would be "MORE" than what was needed based on what we wanted to do with the machine. Impressively was Toms honesty in regards to products that were not his. Thank you Tom, it was Lovely to have sat with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my first experience with Xtreme and it was just a phone call so I can't speak for every aspect of the business but Tom was an absolute pleasure to talk to. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel like he had all the time in the world to answer all my questions. There was not an ounce of pressure, was happy to make suggestions that were in my best interest even if it meant me looking for products elsewhere, and was just so pleasant. That in my mind is how you run a business. Service like that prompts people like me to want to give him my business and to do things like spread the word on google reviews.
