Every large consumer purchase should come with service like this. Gibbons Motor Toys has set a very high standard that all dealerships should strive for. They were able to sell my 2004 Rinker Cabin cruiser ... And was able to buy a 2015 Kingfisher HHT 2025 To this day they do all the serving that is needed in the spring and fall ... It is easy to go in and have a coffee & talk shop ... The workmanship on all the aftermarket parts were done very professionally ... I like to show the finished product ( the boat )... VERY PROUD of my 2015 Kingfisher HHT 2025... thanks guys ....

I was looking for a trailerable boat which had a cuddy and was purposed for fishing. Well, we found it at Gibbons Motor Toys in Salmon Arm. To make a long story short we purchased a 2008 2502 Trophy sight-unseen. We did receive many pictures but this is my point... we felt so comfortable in our deal with Gibbons Motor Toys additionally with Eddie and the staff that we went ahead and bought it without going to look at it first. With the boat we purchased an efi 15 HP Mercury "pro kikker" which I plan on mounting in the spring. This whole transaction was perfect. The boat is in like new condition and well described... It is refreshing to deal with honest people... and these people and this company are honest. I would deal with them again in a minute. They have a great website for online shopping and a dedicated parts department which can ship parts anywhere. Thanks again Eddie, Vance, Clayton, and the rest of the staff... will send you pics from the coast on our next fishing trip out from Alberta... stay safe

From our first phone call to the day we picked the boat up Eddie was professional, patient and very knowledgeable on the products they sell. We had great customer service from all the staff that assisted us on the way to rig out a perfect boat for us. We look forward to many years of ocean fishing.

The Sales team didn’t treat me like I was a walking wallet, but actually listened to what I wanted and tried very hard to get me into something that would suit my family and I perfectly. Went they didn’t have the answer to a question, they bent over backwards to find the correct information. When I asked a question by text when the shop should have been close, I was meet with an answer most times right away! When I asked if I could be setup with the parts to do the first service my self, the Parts and Service department setup me up with a box to take home. Not only did the box have the normal things you would expect but little things I wouldn’t have even thought to ask for. When I say team, I mean it. Everyone just understood the assignment. They really seem to enjoy taking care of there customers and I left feeling like part of the family! I would definitely recommend Gibbons to anyone. My sales team was Jesse Ziercke and Amy Seiberlich and parts guy was René Lachance

They have been upfront with the sale of a new Kingfisher (100% honest with delays out of their control…) and even better with the many follow up questions that I’ve had. It is never an easy decision to purchase new - Gibbons has set the bar in the service while Kingfisher has set the bar in product.

We purchased a new Kingfisher through GMT several years ago, and have dealt with them in various other capacities since the initial purchase. From that first purchase, to providing troubleshooting, and everything in between, Eddie and the team at the Salmon Arm location have went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service to us - even though they are 800 km, we are now loyal customers. We cannot say enough good things about Gibbons Motor Toys, and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a fun rig! :)
