β β β β β I have an older but solid ocean boat I brought to the Shuswap from Vancouver. This place is the first and only place that hasn't put my boat on the back burner because it isn't a 150k surf boat. I had a bunch of work done to my neglected engine and they were thorough and did a great job. Timing is a little off and Gareth the service manager said to just bring her back down. Great service and is the only mechanics shop I will use. Thanks guys!!!

β β β β β We have had great service at Shuswap Marina with boat launching and merchandise purchased in the store. They sell a great product called FSR that we use to clean our slimy boat hull at the end of the season. Clothing selection is also really good! Awesome local business, run by great people!

β β β β β We have our boat moored at the Marina for three years and LOVE our experience. Amazing customer service, makes boating life a breeze! I love that they also can take care of your maintenance needs right there, and also pick up anything you need at the shop. They've helped us with a dead battery, and were patient as I learned how to park my new pontoon boat! Super friendly staff, and very helpful!

β β β β β From start to finish, I never expected such exceptional service! We had to find a slip in the starting days of COVID-19, and despite the enhanced fears and safety measures ramping up into effect, Monica helped us get settled into the marina. New boat teething pains means we needed towing and repair services early on, and the folks here went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Service is always prompt, friendly, and helpful, from retail to gas bar to service department. If you want that old fashioned, family run, exceptional service environment, then this is where you need to be on the Shuswap!

β β β β β Our second time renting a boat from Shuswap Marina and we will definatley be back for more!
Our boat had a minor mechanical problem which caused a delay in the middle of our full day rental, but someone came right out to us on the lake to help and then stayed beside us on the way back to the Marina.
We ended up getting a free half day rental the next day to make up for lost time and they all were very helpful and curtious.
Dont hesitate to do business here, great people! :)

They have earned our service for life, and we would highly recommend them for all your boating needs. From their maintenance and repair staff, to their fully loaded marine shop staff, every single person was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Thank you for fitting us in to repair our boat on your very busy schedule to fix the issues Dockside Marine left us with. We are beyond grateful!

β β β β β Rented a boat for the day for my husbands birthday and cannot say enough good things! I feel like I called all over the Shuswap and Okanagan and they had one of the best rental prices. The booking process was incredibly easy, contracts were fast and to the point! The staff here really went above and beyond for us to make sure that we had the most fun on the lake! It was an amazing day and the βreturn processβ was super fast! Weβve already recommended this place to several others and will be renting Iβm sure many more times over the summer!
