★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service, nous avions pris un rendez-vous pour le 23 février . Nous avons s fait 45 minutes de voiture avec une moto dans un trailer. Avant de partir , nous avons téléphoné pour savoir où nous devions descendre la moto . A notre arrivée, le rendez vous que nous avions pris avait été reporté sans nous avoir prévenu. Le propriétaire avant un manque flagrant de respect et de courtoisie envers mon conjoint au point qu'un de ses employés lui a proposé de nous donner 40$ "qu'on decaliss" !!! J'ai tenté de rejoindre le propriétaire par téléphone au cas où nous serions tombé sur un employé ! Mais non c'était bel et bien le propriétaire ! Apart me faire insulter au téléphone ça n'a rien donner ! Pour une première fois dans ce concessionnaire, ce sera également la dernière ! Faire affaire avec des gens qui ont aussi peu de respect avant même avoir travaillé sur la machine je n'ose même pas imaginer lorsque y touche !
Very bad service, we had made an appointment for February 23. We drove 45 minutes with a motorcycle in a trailer. Before leaving, we called to find out where we should get off the bike. When we arrived, the appointment we had made had been postponed without notifying us. The owner before a flagrant lack of respect and courtesy towards my partner to the point that one of his employees offered to give us $ 40 "that we decaliss" !!! I tried to reach the owner by phone in case we ran into an employee! But no, it was indeed the owner! Apart from insulting me on the phone it doesn't work! For the first time in this dealership, it will also be the last! Dealing with people who have so little respect even before having worked on the machine I dare not even imagine when touching it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prix plus élevé que la compétition pour la même moto. Ton très sec et pas accueillant lorsqu'on les appelent. Ne retourne pas les appels. Ça part très mal mettons... ça donne pas le goût... je vois ça comme un manque de respect envers la clientèle.
Higher price than the competition for the same bike. Tone very dry and not welcoming when called. Do not return calls. It starts very badly ... it doesn't give the taste ... I see it as a lack of respect towards the customers.
