Very unprofessional. Rarely answers phone or returns messages. Answering machine is always full. Contradicting information, and unreliable service. I will never go back. Guess my money will be spent elsewhere. Anywhere but there, the owner was very unpleasant.

Very unprofessional staff that always seem to have to ask "someone" else for answers - Makes one wonder what that person is employed for? Went to look at a used atv that was "good to go" - it was missing lugnuts.... Legit mechanic? Guessing not! I live 5 minutes from this place and will travel hours to avoid it. The manufacturers should be ashamed for being a part of this disgrace. And the prices for parts are insane $$$$$$$$$$$$$ - Go to Royal Distributing..... If I could post a review with 0 stars this place would get it.

Dan and his staff are very helpful, educational and truly try to find the best ATV or SXS a person needs. I've purchased many vehicles at a wide range of dealers over the years and I highly recommend dealing with Sauble Beach Motorsports!!

I had a very hard time making a deal.Did not return phone calls.Everything had to be initiated by me.Very firm on price and did not do what was agreed on. A lot of accessories were purchased but not installed properly.Accessories that were agreed upon were not provided but I was told I could purchase them a second time and install them myself.After I made tha deal and gave my deposit I was called and told a mistake had been made and I would have to pay an additional 600 dollars to get my machine. That was resolved by me giving an additional 200cash.This business is extremely unprofessional and unethical. A very poor face for Honda Canada. I will take this brand new machine to any dealership but sauble beach motor sports.I can’t believe that there could be a worse dealership out there. At the time I picked the machine up the licence and ownership were not provided and they arrived by mail 10 days later which meant I could not licence insure or use the machine.Do not spend your hard earned money at Sauble Beach Motor Sports!

The most concise way to describe my experience is with point form. Are you resting comfortably? Then we will begin. * as per the person inside the business who answered my call from outside the business, I was to find the service entrance "at the rear of the building". * reminiscent of a funhouse I haphazardly emerged into an obscure corner of a showroom, to which I was met with a distant confused voice. * Wandered around and after a period of time was met by a "fellow". * Long and Short, I was invited to sit inside a side by side, told that $1000. Could possibly put me on a list for the next available. Wasn't interested when I explained I have owned a Honda Shadow, Honda vfr Honda dirt bike 2honda odysseys as well as a lifted international scout and gt Cobra yes I was bragging but also thought that me showing up in my minivan at 110 lbs aged 53, perhaps he would wonder if I had any clue about wanting to purchase an atv or sxs. Clearly, he cared not. I left feeling dismissed. So let's say I want to drop 14,000 to 20,000. On a vehicle? The only thing important is leaving a 1000$ deposit? I mean sure they are selling like hot cakes, but doesn't SOMEONE, the dealership or the production company care that a person spend a day actually getting on and riding around and using the function controls to ensure the machine is right for them? I learned a LOOOONG time ago, regardless of the dealership, the machine will always be the same. You shop for a DEALERSHIP, once you know the machine you want. Let's face it, they are the people who you will be "married" to when it comes to the proper care, and future of your relationship with the machine. I sure will not involve myself with sauble beach motorsports. I'm certain they won't care if I do or don't.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Like many others have said - I would post 1 star if I could. They are beyond rude with the owner of the business being the worst of the lot. They take your money and you get no customer service. Been hung up on, they never call back, you just have to chase chase chase. Cannot trust them, they lie, contradict themselves and play games of he said/she said and then get incredibly angry and vindictive at you if you calling them out on their lies and deception. Regretting ever doing business with them. Probably time to contact the better business bureau or some gov't agency to report them.

Mediocre service as best. Salesperson (owner) almost comes across as frustrated with you when you call to buy the product! - has a very curt way of talking. Perhaps it's just his personality. Won't go out his way to deliver a great customer experience. Product was as described and priced as agreed upon.
