t	tolly doctor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the motel cottage. Place is Under new management. Had very pleasant interaction with Alicia. Pros - property owners are very warm and accommodating. Place is very well located just 7 mins walk to the beach and even less to grocery stories and food places. Place was kept really clean. Even though old it didn't have the musty smell. Wall AC worked very well wasn't noisy. Cons - once it gets renovated like the rest of the rooms it will be so much better. Looking forward to coming back next year to a new look and feel.

The rooms were very comfortable and updated. It had a full size fridge with freezer and microwave. BBQs with picnic tables and fire pit was an extra bonus to our stay!! It was nice to have our meals outside and have our chill moments around the fire pit at night. I felt very safe staying at Lakeview Motel and Cottages at Sauble Beach. I recommend this family friendly place to everyone.
M	Marianna Laneve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter suggested the place but we had never been .upon arrival we were immediately happy to know that we could just park in front of our rooms and did not have to worry about where to leave our car. The rooms were newly renovated the bathroom features were brand new , immediately we felt comfortable and relaxed had brought my own sheets and towels but did not use them at all. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and the grocery store. Most importantly the owners made us feel so comfortable and at home didn’t have to ask for anything that they were already a step ahead to whatever we needed ! By the end of our stay we booked a second stay for the end of the summer .
p	pauline tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a comfortable and welcoming stay here at Lakeview. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean. Everything was so nicely kept and really created a good atmosphere to stay in. Beds were nice and comfy too! We’ve stayed in plenty of motels and have never seen a bathroom this genuinely tidy. The customer service was great and everyone there were just really friendly people to be around. People were amiable and understanding when it came to any issues and that made our experience wonderful. It wasn’t just a place to stay on vacation, it really did add to our trip. Not to mention how short of a walk the place is from the town and the beach. It’s a family owned establishment and it really shows. We hope to go here again next Summer!

Best location on the main strip; close enough to walk anywhere and far enough away from the busy beach area. Angela and the entire staff were friendly and accommodating, happy to help and answer any questions. The rooms and grounds were clean and well-kept. Some of the doors didn't close fully in one of the cabins, and Cabin 11 was a little tight, but none of these small things affected our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This beach town is quaint and relaxing and Angela, the owner of the motel made our weekend such a beautiful experience that we will definitely be back. The rooms and service are EXCELLENT!! Cleanliness, Accommodations, Price and Location are ALL a 5 star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The pool is clean and located in the back for privacy and they have fire pits and picnic tables in the back for barbecues. They have a full size refrigerator and barbecue along with a an inside patio. Thanks again for the hospitality we look forward to coming back next year.

They were able to accommodate our party of 6 families. We loved the big open space in the back and took advantage of the barbecues, pool, and fire pit at night. Now we have memories of another great vacation! The kids loved it and want to go back next year!
B	Big Boy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time staying at Lakeview Motel. We stayed there for 2 nights. The room was newly renovated with a brand new bathtub sink and floors. Everything was very clean and well kept. They had a big fridge as well as a microwave. They also had a beautiful pool and fire pit perfect for a small gathering. In the backyard, they also had 4 barbecues ready to go which was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this motel. We will definitely be coming back next year!
