★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a new sled from them. Was delivered yesterday. Overall experience was excellent. I have nothing negative to say. From the customer service to professionalism and prompt service. All my concerns and questions were answered. All the accessories and add-ons I ordered was there. I was even surprised to see the storage bag on the handle bars because I have forgotten that I ordered them. Everything installed when it was delivered. Rouskis and helmet cord, etc. Eric even offered to deliver the new sled door to door, and it was delivered promptly when he said it will be and in perfect condition. Read some of the comments here and was surprised at one comment and thought I’d say something. When I first went there, I was just looking around and only thing I bought was a Polaris atv model and an anthena magnet which my son liked. I didn’t spend a lot of money. I was treated in the same professional and courteous manner as other customers who were there to purchase bigger items. When my sled was delivered, I was told that I would need to get a quart of two stroke oil on the first full tank as part of the break in period. He said I can get it anywhere I want and did not push me to buy it from them. I know I can get it cheaper elsewhere and somewhere close by. But I will choose to drive the 32 minutes one way there and get the branded Polaris oil than get it elsewhere. Even if I have to wait another 12 days as that will be the only time I will be available again. I do not see any reason why I’d get my supplies anywhere else when I’m satisfied with the service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Crossings do a tune up on my snowmobile last year ,$1000.00 I was told the battery was done ($180.00) Polaris battery was installed because i was told the best warranty . battery would not keep up this year (632 km later ) NO warranty they said. only 6 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to take a few minutes to praise the Team at Crossings.
I am certainly not new to the "toy/powersports industry", having owned dozens and dozens of sleds, ATV's and boats over my lifetime.
I recently purchased a new Polaris snowmobile and RZR Side X Side along with a bunch of parts , accessories and clothing from Crossings.
The owner, Eric, is always available- unlike some of the larger City Stores.
Eric, Jesse and Brandon provides excellent pricing, reasonable shop rates, great customer service and actually do what they say they are going to do. The guys ( and Liz) are always friendly and bend over backwards to help you out. Such a great crew!
I cant say enough about this place.- They really care and seem passionate about the powersports business.
We pay a lot for our sleds , side by sides etc. and can be a demanding group-; but they get it, they really get it!
If you are looking for any sort of power equipment, ATV, UTV or snowmobile I STRONGLY recommend Crossings Road and Trail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric and the team at Crossings have been amazing. Not only did they save me thousands on my new RZR , they have been amazing to deal with. I'm not always the easiest client to deal with and they have been amazing through the whole process, from ordering, to dealing with a recall, to getting/installing custom parts for the RZR for me. I can't thank them enough for helping me out.
Dealing local has never been more important and I'm excited to deal with these guys each and every time.

I support local business.
Much prefer one on one that knows their job.
Not the huge stores who only care about profit and their shareholders.
Crossings really went out of their way to help me get the ATV that really suited me. Even taking a slight loss when we had problems with the ATV that I originally bought.
I could not of asked for better support and help.
I would refer them to anyone of my friends and family.
The great old fashioned way of really looking after customers.
I'm usually very critical in my reviews, however I had no problems giving Crossings 5 stars and more if they had them.
Thank you Eric for looking after me.
