★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They put the wrong items in my ordre. I asked for a chicken junior and they put a quarter pounder blt. There wasn't even an entire slice of bacon in the sandwich. They also forgot all the sauces. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pre-ordered coffee for a meeting that I was holding and when I got there the order wasn't ready and they didn't even have a record of it. The cashier was so confused he didn't even know what I wanted at first. Finally they got the order right and when I asked to enter my code for my rewards points he said I couldn't do that because I didn't ask in advance. Even when I told them that the cashier was so distracted I never even asked if I was collecting points they wouldn't relent and give me the bonus points. It was a very disturbing encounter and not up to the expectations I hold for McDonald's. Apologies to the Prescott store. This store is actually an Uxbridge Ontario. For some reason when I started the review it defaulted to the wrong store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 In 3 times I've dined Here in the last year my order was incorrect. Either I received the wrong item or was short an item. I've tried to be very patient about it but I've neared the end of my rope. Please please please. accuracy counts just as much as speed. Please fix this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ park and starve, no one in line and they made me pull forward for one black coffee, I wish I was joking. Staff don't even smile or say hi and you can tell they all hate their lives, every time i've gone in the last year they just throw your food out of the window and slam the window shut. Also 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food quality was fine. But it took way too long. Everyone in drive through was waiting on hash browns. The guy in front of me was waiting on them. Then I had to wait on them. You can not constantly be waiting on fries and hash browns. This location needs corporate intervention. Other locations are much quicker.
