★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Could not have messed that order up more. Since when is oh well we are training here. You paid for this dozen donuts so they are yours. Uhm no tbsrs not what we ordered. We'll we cannot take them back and you paid for them so they are yours. Nice try. No dice. Reluctantly gave me a refund but wow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this location are great however the owners have decided that the appropriate way to handle a staff member at the truck stop location swearing and throwing a temper tantrum for 10 minutes before I sent the owner a text message to ask her to deal with it was to ban me from the location and make up reasons why simply so they didn't have to fire the staff member Brian is his name hes very well know for being dramatic and unprofessional often times complaining to customers about the owners lack of ability to properly run their stores video proof and my own personal witnesses would prove me to be in the right yet they refuse to fix their mistake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently nice people. We tend to stop here during road trips. Like all Tim Hortons, the mobile orders only show up on a specific till. Seems like a design flaw - but the manager was nice enough to explain the system - not every Tim Hortons does.
No longer has plastic Tim’s cards but they still participate in the rewards program. (Unlike ONRoute Tim Horton’s which don’t count towards points.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk what happened here but this has happened multiple times. I also got a bagel so stale from here one time it broke my tooth and cost $400 to fix. ? Haven't had a bagel or anything from here since. They're always grumpy here, try to return something they tell you there's nothing wrong with it and will for no reason get angry at you for simply bringing food or a drink back. They act like it comes out of their pocket. They act like they have the most difficult job on planet Earth. Your job is made difficult by the attitude you give customers, you really don't think some people aren't going to give it right back when treated like that.. pft OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All fast food places make mistakes. Everyone has bad days. Two of my kids worked at Tim's and I know it can be a tough job. But over many years, we've had more issues with the Tim's in Prescott than with others. Today I crossed this one off my list permanently - I won't be back. If you're in Prescott, I sadly have to recommend the McDonald's as the better chance for a good experience.
