I went there today (Boxing Day) at 7:15 pm and all the lights were on (there was no posted change of hours at the Drive-thru). I sat in the Drive-thru for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. I got upset and went to go in the store. The sign at the door stated they were open until 8pm that day, but the doors were locked. I went and knocked on the window to get the attention of the employee that was mopping. She mouthed that they were closed. I tried to state that the sign says open until 8, but she turned around and ignored me. I think this is very unprofessional, rude and just unacceptable, especially considering the hours were posted and they were closing long before that. The least she could have done was come to the door when I continued to stand there gesturing to the door asking her to speak with me. I am very frustrated and angry with this. I will NEVER be going back there.
J	Jay Dawg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 minutes to process a walk in order when there was almost nobody in the restaurant. 3 mistakes in the order, plus: Poutine so cold that the cheese was a block. Turnovers cold. At this point... Just shut it down.
