★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used GCOC in several locations over the years, including Salmon Arm. Yesterday I took my new to me 2015 F350 with a 6.7 Powerstroke in for an oil change. Not being familiar with this motor, I asked how much it would cost. The tech gave me prices for three different options and I agreed to full synthetic for $127.00. During the service, he showed me that I needed a new air filter for $59.00. Upon completion of the service he announced that will be $367.00! When I questioned the amount, he said it was because the truck took more oil than the quote covered. I asked why I wasn’t told this up front and I was told “there’s no way I could have known it would take that much oil boss.” The explanation was pure nonsense. Of course he knew how much oil the truck would take. Needless to say, I will not be using or recommending GCOC again. It wasn’t the price, it was the deception. Avoid this business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience when getting our oil changed, car had been sitting for a year and a half but Tristen was amazing. Profesional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Changed our oil and checked/cleaned our coolant overflow. Definitely recommend them as bringing your own oil they're very cheap and a good and inexpensive business to go to. Thanks so much guys!

The wait was short and the cost was low. All around great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been taking my vehicle to GC @ the Salmon Arm location for years. Used to be great service up until my last visit, I will never be going back here again.
Shortly after going there my oil light comes on my dash. Low oil…. After doing a bit of investigating we found my oil filter was loose. This could have been potentially devastating for my engine had we not caught it in time. I felt the work was sub-par when I went in for the oil change comparing it to previous visits. I just went to change my air filter and noticed I’m missing bolts for the case, buddy who “checked” my filter didn’t even bother to take it out and show me, rather he dropped his ratchet and a few bolts when he dropped them, told me my filter was good when he didn’t even take it out, and didn’t bother to tell me he had lost the bolts for it.

He topped the oil and explained to us what could be done. It was all super quick.
