★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, dog friendly staff are all super friendly and helpful. Been disappointed with their estimated times for service. I've come in 3 times for miscellaneous service, tire change, warrantee check in etc...
Each time I've been told it will be about an hour. Each time it's been over a 2hr wait. The first time was a 3.5hr wait for a tire change on a day I had specified as a day I didn't have time to wait, and was assured it would be quick. Thankfully since then it's only been 2hrs & 2.5hrs I seem to have bad luck when it comes to "just an hour." I hope they can estimate their timing better but overall it is a friendly atmosphere and a great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review update: Im in my 3rd new truck now from Salmon Arm GM and every time has been a repeat of the supurb customer service and buying experience.
recently decided to purchase a new truck. I stopped by and talked with Rod who asked me a few questions and answered some of mine, then quickly had a truck picked out for me that not only exceeded what I was looking for, but also landed well within my budget. From walking onto the lot, to signing all the papers, I felt like I was looked after from the first handshake to the last. These days it is easy to shop for a truck all over the province on the internet, sometimes finding better pricing, sometimes better vehicle availability, it's great to be able to find everything I need in product and customer service, all while still being able to support a locally ran business. Everyone at Salmon Arm GM seemed to have my needs as a priority, I feel very well looked after along with having the confidence that I chose the right dealership for this truck purchase and my future purchases as well. Thank you Rod and Karen, see you again when the wife needs a new SUV.
PS: that car wash sure helps the new truck stay clean, does a great job and is very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spencer was very nice and helpful. I did not need a full inspection as it was done last year. His crew did what was billed for. The mechanic and Spencer informed me that I did need a coolant flushing and we booked that appointment today. I don’t normally give anyone five stars but in this case it was deserved.

I was looking for a particular vehicle that they had and they held it for me until I could get there to see it. Harry was very helpful and diligent, took care of all the things I asked for. Also thanks to Karen in finance for making that process easy.

They were friendly and knowledgeable without the high pressure tactics typical of many other dealerships ..and my new vehicle is awesome too! Happy to recommend.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle, in a very specific rare colour, they had one that became available and contacted me, we wrote the deal and they arranged for shipping at lightning speed. All of this from 700 km away. Very fast, very accurate and very easy. Ian Cameron and Katie Gray are terrific people to do business with. I couldn't ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the BEST experience with Rod and the team at Salmon Arm GM! I am from Saskatchewan. I narrowed down my search to a very particular car but could not find it in SK, MB, or AB. But found it at Salmon Arm GM! Rod was super friendly and helpful and even met me at the dealership on his day off to meet in person! Katie in the finance dept was also great - it was just so nice to deal with such wonderful people after such a long journey (both literally and figuratively) to find my perfect car! They even had the insurance people come to the dealership to get my transit permit and insurance arranged so I could bring the car home! I would not hesitate at all to recommend the dealership to anyone - in BC or out of! I couldn’t be happier - with my car or with my experience!!

Busy day-to-day and using my truck as our family (including a St Bernard) vehicle it takes a major beating. Bob returned my truck better than new.
