★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of dealing with Jerry at Driver Auto Center today. I just came in for an oil change which was at a very affordable price and a complete inspection and all my fluids checked and topped up washer fluid (I was almost empty - thanks Jerry) I had an air filter and a cabin filter put in as they were both filthy. Both were brought out to show to me the condition they were in and get my approval first. I was treated as though I was going in for an engine job - first class. Enjoyed chatting with Jerry as well. Definitely will be back for tires when it's time and anything else that crops up. 10 star...

The vehicle purchased was meticulously kept both visually, as well mechanically. Practically brand new. Nothing they wouldn't give to family on this lot. Seeing how these folks do business - we'll be making the time to commute from Kelowna to Salmon Arm whenever an Oil Change is needed - Tire Changes to Routine Maintenance. Don't shy away, these folks set the bar high in the Automotive Industry. We won't hesitate purchasing second hand - rather new while these guys are in business. Thank you again.

After experiencing a flat on my trailer in Kamloops, and another on my truck in Salmon Arm, he was the only shop in town to have my tire size, and understanding the day I was having, he shuffled the shop work load around to get me back on the road quickly, without any further delay! Jerry, thank you again for everything!
