For example they showed me how an aftermarket oil filter was exactly the same as the BMW ones thus saving me money. They can do complicated installs like the BMW trailer module and Wi-Fi antenna and are honest with their pricing. I have no reservations about recommending them.

Mark was a technician working on the car. He immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it in the same day - no time wasted! I give 5 star to Barbarian for the competency, excellent service, immaculately clean shop and honesty.

Just happened to be on a call with the them, trying to troubleshoot an issue when our Land Rover decided to break down, stranding us on the side of the highway with our children and dog! They were already closed for the day and came to our rescue with a courtesy vehicle. We got our LR back within a few days and it drives like new! Thank you for the great service! We appreciate you all and know if ever we need anything, we'll be in great hands.

Parts were charged out at a reasonable rate as no difference on what I would pay for them. This is one thing I was impressed with. No overcharging on parts and labour rates for this work was also reasonable. Bonus is you get great service and a knowledgeable mechanic and I don't have to take my car to Kelowna. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.
