D	Don Howieson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally I was very happy with the service here at Jacobson Ford in Salmon Arm. Today I brought my car in to have my winter tires switched to my summers and have the wheels balanced. Brought the car in at 10:30 and was told it would be ready at noon. It is now 12:50 and we are sitting in the waiting room. Apparently it was half done at noon and the “technician” went for lunch. I am editing this review to add that they ended up comping the job, although I am not sure if that was to get rid of us of because they recognized how bad the service was and/or because we were complaining in the service area in earshot of other customer. What was most frustrating about the experience was that the service rep we dealt with took absolutely no ownership of the problem, much less even a word of apology. I’ll have to try another Ford dealer because I foolishly bought a service package when I bought the car. If I have to give any advice following this experience is don't buy a service package.

I can't say enough great things Gene, James & Mike. They were flawless getting me the car I wanted and made it happen quickly & easily. 5 STARS!!!

Chaten went above and beyond to help me find my car. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident and had written off my previous vehicle. Chaten helped walk me through the negotiations with ICBC and assisted me in getting the most out of my return. Originally, I had wanted to go with a truck. I gave Chaten my budget and wish list. He worked hard to find me what I wanted. I did some test driving and ultimately I knew I wanted my old car back. I searched autotrader for a vehicle I wanted and sent links. We went back and fourth on a couple vehicles and once I found this one I knew I needed it. I may be a picky client, but I had my heart set. Chaten and Brad contacted the other dealer and jumped through hoops to get me my car. It just so happened to be ready for pick-up on my birthday. To my surprise I was greeted with my beautiful car and some balloons to celebrate. If you're looking for your next vehicle don't hesitate to go in and speak with the Chaten and the team. Not only will they listen to what you want there's no sense of pressure to buy. Thank you Jacobson Ford for helping me buy my car. I absolutely love it and appreciate all the leg work you did for me!
