★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at your site yesterday at 3:50 p.m. Thursday April 13th, requesting assistance in making a local call to contact a long lost nephew. I was not given any help, but was told to go elsewhere to find a phone.. which was not easily done in the mall .
. I would have thought that you were there to give assistance to visitors
who request such a small kindness from your staff. You need to visit our amazingly helpful, courteous and efficient Info center at 200 Burrard St. in Vancouver. This is to give constructive criticism so that you can improve your mandate. Jan Hancock
