★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new RAM at Brabys last summer, my second new vehicle ever, in spite of so many people saying not to buy new. My sales guy, Jason, was great. He respected my payment limit, didn't try and upsell me, negotiated some addons. Would happily buy from Jason again. And my brand new price was pretty much the same as a 2-3 year old truck. Going through the paperwork process of the sale was a headspinner. Christine was just wonderful helping me through it all and also respecting my payment limits. We got a houseboat trip with Twin Anchors as well. It was hands down the best family vacation ever, we would normally be hard pressed to be able to afford such a thing. We joke about buying another vehicle so we can go houseboating again! I've been getting my servicing done here too. Brandon and his team have done a great job looking after my truck and making sure I'm happy. Would, and do, recommend Braby to friends and family. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my p/u towed here twice for the same no start issue.
First time they removed an aftermarket remote start control unit, that I didn’t know was there. It seemed as if the problem was resolved.
A few weeks go by, and my trucks plays up again. Tow it to Braby. They call and explain that my ECM is toast and a new one is required. I chose not to go forward with the repair.
I paid for the second diagnoses and arranged a tow for my truck to take it home. Waiting for the tow truck I went to my p/u and discovered that the Braby tech had not put my steering column back together and left the screws on the floor. I threw the key in and low an behold it started!
I get home to go over the work order a little more closely only to discover the tech had tested the ECM and says it tested OK, the problem appears electrical in nature related to what appears to be a remote start control unit…hmmm odd..thought I’d paid for Braby to remove that? Go on to read that issue appears to be electrical connection to the injectors off of the ignition harness.
If your tech new this why try and sell me a very expensive ECM?
I called Braby to ask about this and was told that the service manager would investigate.
Long story short. Avoid Braby at all costs. This is definitely not the first iffy experience I have had with them, just the first experience worth documenting.

While these were not the fault of Braby Motors, the team at Brabys came together and helped me financially and service-wise in rectifying the issue. Thanks to the Braby team for coming together and addressing my concerns. They were not happy until I was satisfied.

Brenda the finance manager was super sweet and knowlegable. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!!! they go above and beyond!!!
