T	Ty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brought my 03 power stroke in for repair cause it wouldn't start, guy told me I lost oil pressure and had leaks everywhere and needed a ton of parts that my truck wasn't built with and possibly a new pump. Quotes me 2500 dollar repair. Paid 600 dollars to have it looked at with a false diagnosis. towed my truck home (1200km away) had it repaired at a local shop, turned out to be a stuck valve. Easily repaired in two hours. I wouldn't recommend this shop for anyone with a ford diesel. better off going to ford.

I talked to the mechanic and he showed me the exact issue and had it fixed within the same day and I even got to take the shop car to get to my appointment for free! They also found a great deal on some used tires, as I had to get them replaced. The price was fair and the staff was just amazing. I had an interesting talk about politics and an overall great time.

Cleaning the pulleys and a new belt took care of the squeak; exchanging the snow tires showed needed brake work which got done. Prior to heading back to the Valley, Action asked us to come back to have the wheel nuts retightened. It was a safe and noiseless 6 hour drive. Thank you Action!!

The dealership quoted me $1700!!....I have used Ken's experience a few times in the 4 ish years since moving to Salmon Arm and he has always been fair, honest and a pleasure to do business with. This is not my first rodeo....I highly recommend this business based on my experiences!

They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, honest, reliable, and genuinely caring. Ryan Bragg, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle also went above and beyond, taking the time to explain what was happening and what had to be done to get me back on the road. He knew exactly what had to be done. The entire team was professional and i couldnt have been happier with my experience with them. I highly suggest this shop, even if you have to go out of your way to get there. It'll be worth your time! Good work guys, Thank you again.
