★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have to say the service has been above and beyond what you could imagine!!! we have a new furnace on order and wouldn't you know it our furnace breaks down. Phoned Dave and he sent Sheldon out to see what could be done. After three more times of Sheldon coming out and Dave finding parts for this 30 year old furnace we have HEAT!!!! We just can't say enough good things about this company!!! Thanks again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Service First and they came out but turned out that with the measures we took the pipes were unfrozen already! But they were excellent about it!
This time they came out and unclogged my drain pipes and fixed my leaking toilet. They were quick and efficient and went the extra mile to help me out! Really superb work, thank you so much!

What really stands out is their communication, they were in constant contact as we prepared for the appointment, as parts were ordered and the final job complete. We appreciated that both Michael and Gary were polite, on time, explored possibilities and found the best solution.
