Excellent customer service from start to finish! From the timeliness on receiving the initial quote, the prompt and knowledgeable responses to any questions we had, to the final product installation - everything was great. Michelle and Jarrod at Viking Doors are very friendly and professional; I would definitely recommend them for anyone's overhead door needs.

I don't normally review companies but we were so impressed with the service and professionalism and honesty for the second time using this company that we felt we needed to recommend them to EVERYONE for their garage door replacements and repairs. You can tell they have been doing this for a long time because they knew what they are talking about and came prepared for anything. TRUST US, we know this because.... Viking had come in last year to repair our garage door after we had another company try to repair it. The other company was terrible and did not know what they were doing or talking about. They basically walked away and said they couldn't do anything with the door. "It was above they level of expertise". Viking came in and fixed it no problem. Viking did tell us that the door was aging (it was 30 years old) and to start budgeting for a new door at our leisure but they got it to work because they knew what they were doing and better than it ran in the first place if that's even possible. We decided to replace our old door with a new door this year. We had an idea of what we wanted but weren't sure. We called and talked to a Michelle and she helped us with picking out our door, keeping in mind what we were looking for and our budget. She is a wealth of knowledge and has great taste. She offered us a door from a couple different price points and design ideas and we picked our dream door. I never knew you could get a door that is that quiet and runs that nicely. We are floored by how highly trained and clean their installers were. I know this is a lengthy review but I can't stress enough to hire the right company in the first place. You get what you pay for with these guys. When you want a professional, honest, and properly run company who know what they are talking about, call these guys. It will save you a lot of grief and headaches later.

This company is truly honest, professional and quick to respond. They installed my doors and openers and cleaned everything up behind them. You could tell they have been doing this for a long time. I dealt with Michelle and asked for her help to pick a door that would look good on my home. She showed me a door from each price range and took the time to explain the difference between the doors and some of the options available. They know their stuff! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the process to be easy. Thank you so much. I love my doors and openers. PS. They are so quiet.

Excellent Service, Professional and Extremely Proficient. My garage doors have never run this well. They are like new. Viking Doors has the magic touch and for a reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised at my bill from them. You are my go to from now on. If you want a job done right and perfect, use these guys. The equipment is top quality but their service is amazing! The service staff, I had Jarrod, was so knowledgeable. The extreme winter cold heaved our garage and took our door out of level so that it wouldn't close. He rectified the issue quickly and shared his knowledge and expertise with me to explain what had happened and why. Michelle is always on top of scheduling and is so courteous, phoning to advise that the service tech was going to be late due to winter road conditions coming in from an out of town job. I just appreciate this company so much!

Great service! I highly recommend Viking Doors. The shop door was fixed quickly and at a very reasonable rate.

We had a new garage door opener installed in 2016 by another company. The door clanged and shook every time we opened or closed it. One day it wouldn't close. We called Viking Doors, and Jarrod came an hour and a half later. Jarrod quickly determined that the door opener had been installed incorrectly. He corrected the problem and had the door operating properly in an hour. Jarrod was very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Viking Doors for anyone with garage door problems.

AWESOME company! We were about to go away and our garage door spring broke. I called Viking and they were there within 20 minutes. They opened the large double insulated door so we could get our car out. They had to order the springs and said they would have them when we got back in a few days. I called them when we returned and they came and installed that morning and the bill was very reasonable for all they did. They also serviced my shop door and included it with the call out. Awesome company, great workers very professional and can't say enough about them. Big Thank You Viking Doors.
