I was unable to fix my phone for almost two years. I came to ThinkMonkey and they were able to fix it in 15 minutes. Very professional and very customer friendly!

Think Monkey has always been fantastic to me. Ross and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Anytime I have had a tech question, needed the dirt or melted candy cleaned out of my cellphone ports, or a bigger repair, I have felt comfortable leaving my devices in their capable hands. Ross is great at explaining technological problems in ways that I can understand, and Johanna has been very devoted to repairing and maintaining my frequently abused cellphone. Turnaround on repairs is always very quick (no more than a few days), and I appreciate that they always provide me with a loaner phone while mine is in their shop. I am always very happy with their work, and would recommend Think Monkey to anyone!

Have been in a couple of times now. People are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and efficient. I went in for some help and they were able to get it done in a very short time, and knew just how to fix it.

our dog ate our power cord to our surface pro, after weeks of trying to replace adaptor, both locally and online with Microsoft, and to great frustration my wife heard their ad on the radio Meagan and the team of techs were responsive, tested and had in stock the cord I needed very friendly, and professional, saw it with their customers great location too, mall is awesome ! another great reason to lived in Salmon Arm !!

I'm not sure if ThinkMonkey even needs another great review, LOL! But I said that I would and so here it is: All my experiences with this company so far have been amazing. From management to staff, everyone goes out of their way to help. I was especially thankful a couple of months ago when the staff in the front checked with the repair person in the back, and they fixed my phone on the spot - for free! I appreciated that they were honest about the quick fix and didn't charge me for this. That goes to honesty and integrity. Thanks you guys!!!

Think Monkey is the very best! I cannot recommend them highly enough. When all avenues were dead ends for us to receive internet Ross went the extra mile in considering and researching alternatives and he succeeded in getting us quality high-speed internet. We moved to Salmon Arm August 2020 and were told by Shaw that all we needed to do was to bring our modem, plug it in at our new location and we would be set to go with internet. However, after purchasing the property and immediately upon taking possession we plugged in the modem only to realize there was no internet and very spotty cell phone service. We were told that on Shaw’s schematics that our area showed as having service. A technician came to the location and verified that we were in one small dead spot and there was nothing they could do. We asked Shaw about installing service down the road that could service other neighbors as well but the ‘return on investment’ wasn’t worth the tens of thousands of dollars needed to do so. We only live eight minutes from WalMart so you can understand our shock to have no internet at this location. We talked with Telus and the various satellite service companies and none of them could provide the internet service we required. Frankly, had we known this before, we would not have purchased property. We were desperate to find a solution. Ross at Think Monkey was recommended and after scoping our area, assessing and researching, he suggested a potential solution whereby locating the modem at neighbor’s house that had full service and installing antennas for the signal to be carried to our house. He calculated the distance and any blockages to assess the appropriate antenna power needed and completed the installation. Ross and his team are very reasonably priced; efficient; engaging; friendly and professional. We are very grateful to Ross and his team for solving a significant problem for us. They are great.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I cannot say enough about Think Monkey and their staff. If you have any issues with your computer, laptop, phone, ect please go and see them you will not be disappointed. They are so friendly, always go out of there way to help you, very efficient and their prices are affordable.
