I am spreading the word that this cable company says they cant lay cable to a trailer in a park that a trailer two doors down has because its too expensive! !!! All media in my area and all fb friends will be hearing about this rip off. Update. .. Shaw supervisor has reversed the decision and will be providing the trailer with cable next week! Thanks shaw

It was a pleasure going to talk to someone face to face. It can be a wait, if there are a lot of people in front of you, as there are only 1-2 ppl working. I understand people's frustrations with Shaw as a company and the company's policies (Telus ain't much better, Lol) However, the people working there are great, and its great to talk to someone face to face. I was able to tell her my situation and she totally helped me and when I came back later that week, she remembered me! You don't get this kind of personal service with these kinds of companies anymore, so lets hold on to it. :)

Going into the office in Salmon Arm was much better than trying to phone. I tried twice to use the automated voice message and it took at least 4 times at each choice. Then both times when I Finally got a person on the line they were unable to hear me so they hung up. It was frustrating. Makes me wonder about their system

Went to change our shaw box for a blue sky tv box, I just had hip surgery and I am on crutches. The ladies computer went down and we were in there for at least a 1/2 HR. I needed to use a bathroom and was refused. The lady never told us that with this box we needed a filter of some kind. So we did not have tv that night. So we called the number and that is where we were told that we had a service appointment today between 2 and 4, so we made sure we were home. No call, nothing, had to call again and the guy this time helped is set it up. So dissapointed on the service..but yet we pay every month ... Yup not a happy camper.

Average speed at best when it works which is infrequently. Internet is so bad I can't play an online game without lagging everywhere, mics cutting out and disconnects that boot me from the game regularly. Tried calling and they said over the phone they rebooted things on their end which did absolutely nothing. And this unusable internet is despite paying over hundred every month.

Absolutely the worst service ever. We have been without tv or internet since June 27. We keep phoning for service, telling them there was a lightning strike next door and our cable is on the ground. Twice we have been told that someone would contact us within 48 hours. No one has ever called. One person in Vancouver actually hung up because they couldn’t answer our questions. One lovely man in Winnipeg called us back several times but he said that his manager told him we would be contacted shortly. That was 3 days ago. When I ask if there is a notation on our file of a lightning strike I was told there was no notation on the file. I cannot reach a supervisor because the people that answer the trouble calls are working from home. I feel that perhaps we are forgotten because we are on a contract and they get their money whether they supply the services or not. Just don’t understand why. It makes me sad

Get on the task to Update the store front hours as we drove an hour to get here expecting it to be open until 5 at stated on the Google page and the door says 3

Terrible to attempt to reach. Then iffy on "what program you are on." One way or another you cannot leave your "lease" without paying. Not at all impressed.
