★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up to pick up the vehicle I booked online, only to be told not only was it not there, but that there were none available anywhere in the region. Very poor business practices. I wasted my time to travel to the location and money on fuel all to find out I have no rental. Thanks for nothing Enterprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was just informed with not even 24 hours notice that they will not have a vehicle for us after booking online. It should have stated online when we booked that a vehicle was not available. Terrible service and customer service I do not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enterprise in salmon has wonderful customer service. Both times that I’ve used there business the customer service was outstanding. Just recently delt with a gentleman named Arsh. There was some mix up on the terms. He went above and beyond for me to make sure I received the best service. Very professional. Hands down easy 5/5. Thank you for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER! They left me alone for 12 hours in the middle of nowhere. A Couple days ago I was out of town when my rental wouldn’t start. Enterprise and ON STAR were both having a hard time finding my file. So instead of figuring it out Or helping me until morning when It could be figured out THEY LEFT ME THERE, for 12 hours in the middle of nowhere in the middle of The night . I was so cold and scared that I ended up finally just leaving the car there and a friend came and got me.

A big thanks to Carrie (sp) and her manager who did their best to make sure I got the vehicle I needed. Absolutely stellar people. Thanks so much.
