★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely write reviews but I reserved a car at this location today and my flight got delayed, then cancelled. Just as I was about to contact Enterprise, Brandon, the manager, had called my cell phone to rearrange my reservation - incredible customer service. I would highly recommend renting with Enterprise at Sault Ste Marie airport and would definitely rent with them again not only because they stand out from the other options at the airport, but their customer service is above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was helped by Brandon Roy and he made my day! I went in hopes of renting a Jeep Wrangler for the day after reserving an economy car. Brandon was very willing to accommodate my request. He went above and beyond for me! I would recommend enterpise in Sault Ste. Marie and I will use them every time that I visit my family in the future. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
