They are good. They are my go to place. Sometimes they are pricey to the regulars but it's ok until they are providing a quality vehicle.

This Enterprise location has terrible service, and rented a car that was unreliable and filthy. After renting my car online several weeks prior, I showed up at 7:20, as the location opens at 7:30 and I wanted to save time as I had a business meeting out of town. I thought since I gave all my information, including my payment info, that it would be quick and I would be out the door and in my car quickly. It wasn't - and I had to give out all my information once again to be put into the computer. After the several staff present scrambled to get information and the correct keys, I finally got out to my car, which the staff assured me I had gotten a "free upgrade" like they were doing me a favour. After checking the beat-up car, we got in, and immediately the smell hit me - like cigarettes and cat pee. The upholstery was dirty and there were stains everywhere - easily wiped off if your staff were doing their job. By this point it was 8am and instead of going through the whole process again I just wanted to get to my meeting. I parked my personal car down another side road in some random dirt lot as there is no parking even available at this location. After my trip in this car - that in my opinion shouldn't even be rented out - I got back and told staff about my experience. They offered me (small) monetary compensation but that never went through. I called back the week after, as well as 2 weeks after, talking to 3 different staff members in the process that all assured me they would call me back. I never got a call and the money is still not on my account. I travel often for work and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

So I booked a luxury full size at this location months in advanced. But when I called ahead to ensure the car was there ready for me a day before I was upset to find out that the website should never had given me they option as it was not available. I had booked so far in advanced that I was pretty disappointed to learn of this. However, Tom and the staff were very accommodating, I got a very nice SUV as a sub for the car, and they went the extra mile for me when I made an error in choosing my pickup location. All in all I left fairly happy with the experience and the extra seating in the SUV came in handy more then once. They'll have my buisness again, Thanks -Patrick S.

Went to get a rental car after my friend had an accident. They had lots of cars available and then when we told them what happened, all of a sudden, there were no cars available. Horrible service.

Not only did they not have a comparable vehicle for me - which was not really their fault the body shop said they were taking care of all of it for the days needed for rental, and i goes they didn't .. then Enterprise staff (in way less then 12hrs) 'didn't know' if I left something in the vehicle cause my son forgot to grab it and therefore took my 15$ on USD.

Rented a car here, brought my own GPS system in the car to travel down to Toronto; returned the car but accidentally left the GPS system in the car on the passenger side/console area; did not notice until I unpacked my belongings at home, around 730 PM. I used the car to drive to Toronto to visit family, car remained in an apartment parking garage and drove alone with the GPS there and back. I do not own a pet nor have blonde hair. An employee admitted to using the car and when I was invited to look at the car, the car looked worse off than when I left it. It had sand in the car, all over the passenger side, as well as the driver side with blonde-like hair on the ground. Pet hair all over; I do not own a pet and I did not sit in the back seat. At check-in, one of the employees who said there was a $300 authorization and when I asked why (just a simple question), said, "What? You don't have enough money on your card?" I didn't know it was their normal practice to ask such discriminatory questions to single traveling women. Horrible check in service as even when I did check in on my phone and confirmed my email/phone the day before, the manager alleged she tried to phone me but had my working email at all times (and even though I confirmed my phone with their app)
