S	Sherri Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the waterslides last week, unfortunately the individuals employed here ruined the experience for our family. My 9 year old went down a slide and the life guards failed to ensure the slide was clear before allowing the next individual to go. The adult man coming down behind my son was greater than 300lbs and took my sons back out with his feet, taking my son under the water with him. The life guard on duty at the bottom of the slides did not even approach us to check on my son. The lack of attention brought to the incident by both Life Guards and Staff leaves my to feel SAFETY of their customers is not a priority. Luckily my son was not seriously injured however our family will still never return.
A	Amy Rainbow Lynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great for the kids they loved it! I felt like the 4 large water slides had a long wait. I may just have short patients but they have sausages and cheese burgers that were cooked right there on the bbq and smelled so good I had to have seconds!
J	James Verwey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to spend a couple hours with kids. Limited space and seating can be an issue when busy, as well as long line ups. Concession is limited, but they will allow picnic lunches in, just not outside restaurant food. Change rooms and pay-per-use heated showers are available. Definately rinse off after as the chlorination is high, specially in the kids pool and hot tub.
P	Pup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice well rounded waterpark. Slides for youngins and for older kids (and adults) too! Food is pretty decent too. It's a tad pricey for how much there is here but it's still a great experience so all in all its worth it if you're going with family. You'll build good memories, for sure ^^
J	Jess D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is gross! The hot tub water is filthy and cloudy. The wood appears to be rotted out and is in need of some fresh paint. The grounds are sloppy and unkept looking other than the flower planters. The pool is cold like a glacier. From what I could see there was two staff members at the top of the slides and one lifeguard working at the bottom of the slides. In comparison to other water slides I have been to they are very understaffed. It costs 1$ to rinse off in there warm ( very disgusting) shower after. The upside is that your allowed to enter and exit to retrieve stuff from your vehicle. It’s also nice that they have some arcade games, some of them don’t have out of order signs on them! Unfortunately my son had his dollar eaten by machine and when he told the woman working the desk she was of no help. Had I read the reviews before going I could of saved myself the money and went to splashdown in Vernon for the same price. My youngest child had fun though so it wasn’t a complete write off. I will never go back.
N	No Thanks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great water park for kids and toddlers. The park is fairly small with four large slides on one side of the park and a 10 and under area with three smaller slides. Lots of areas to sit, although not a lot of shaded spots. I loved the 10 and under area with three levels of small pools and a fountain on the higher level. There was a small concession stand which was great as we needed to grab a couple more waters. The only thing I didn't really like was how slippery the kids pools were.
P	Pete MacLean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool little place. $80 for family of 4. 4 adult slides and a couple hot tubs with a few more slides and wading pool for the tiny kids. No real complaints except the slides get pretty slow and sometimes you need to push yourself. Would recommend and would go back
C	C k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was a Dive! They close slides down at 5:30! Last half hour they want people cleaning up and leaving no sliding allowed. Turned the sprinklers on at 5:50pm to hurry people up! Soaking small kids and moms trying to gather their things. Staff rude! Lines were 30 minutes waiting just to slide, then staff telling people they are the boss and they must go down the slides they tell them to go down even if you want to choose a different one. Threatening me and my kids! Hopefully some new owners can buy the place and turn it around.
