★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **update** when Stuart came back from vacation, he was more than accommodating and replaced my tire pressure sensor that was broken, and also refunded us partially for the tire they messed up. He was wonderful, and apologized for the hassle and mess up. I have changed my rating to reflect that. ****
Completely unprofessional service. I took my vehicle in to have the tires changed on it. The tires were in perfectly great shape, and the next day I came out from work to find I had a completely flat tire. When I had initially picked it up they said they thought one of my tire pressure sensors was broken ( all 4 had been working completely fine before hand, low an behold, the one that went flat, the tire pressure sensor was mysteriously broken on) Had it towed back and they said it was my fault, that I had hit a pothole ( I drove 10 mins to work, if I had hit something hard enough to make a wire come out I’d definitely know about it) They tried to blame old wear on my rims as new wear, and said there was nothing they could do to help besides me buying a new tire. I went to 2 different shops in salmon arm both said the tire was mis- mounted. So they not only mounted my tire incorrectly, which resulted in me having to purchase new tires, but they broke my tire pressure sensor and tried to say it was already broken. On top of it all when I said that I just wanted my spare tire put on I overheard manager Sam, Say “ if she just wanted the spare put on she should have just got the f’ing tow truck driver to do it”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car in with a slow leak in my tire and had Sam take a look at it. Hands down the friendliest and most efficient tire expert out there! He had my tire patched and fixed and good to go within the hour. He has a friendly, welcoming smile and knows his stuff! Would highly recommend him for any of your tire needs if you’re in the town of Enderby!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to have some new tires mounted on my truck they said they where booked for the week, that's fine I thought, big guy behind the desk told me if I give him $100 bribe he can get me in same day, nah I don't work that way bud I'll take my business elsewhere. Went into Armstrong stopped at the Esso, they put my tires on right away and I was out of there in 30 minutes. I wasn't expecting to get in the same day but I sure don't like being asked for extra money to get in faster ahead of people who are already booked ahead of me.

I’m a transporter and had a puncture in my tire, Dustin took went above and beyond to get me in even during a very busy day at their shop. He all ensured I was completely looked after. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had winter tires switched over to summer before the rush had me in and out within an hr. Usually I have to ask to reset my TPMS but these guys had this covered before I even asked. Retorque is taken care of no worries friendly service very knowledgeable Tony's crew is awesome highly recommend✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like that they wanted to charge me $20 extra because the tires I brought in were new that I bought on marketplace. If I bought the tires from them then it would have been cheaper to have them put on. They quoted me 120 thinking they were used tires and they did stick to the quote but the attitude of the guy was pretty bad. I live on 300 a week so the new tires was a big deal for me and getting the deal I got on marketplace was amazing they couldn't have matched it. I don't think I'll take my business there anymore. Because that policy just doesn't make sense to me. And I didn't like how I was treated.
