★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fantastic. I went to get my car safetied and ended up getting a bunch of work done that I knew I would eventually have to do. I knew about some of the work and knew these guys were quoting me fair prices. The price was the best one quoted on a camber kit so I did that too. The work seems top notch they were able to do it quickly. They were super kind and drove me back to my rural home as we only have one car. At the end of it all when they handed me my car back they had cleaned it!! Was so unexpected and delightful. It was a tiny gesture that made my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, amazing service at Canadian 4x4! No dealer I talked to could find the proper Stabilizer links to fit my lifted 09 Yukon XL. Carman put in the leg work and found exactly what I needed very quickly. Cannot say enough about the amazing staff and the great service these guys give!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spoken with Carmen a few times regarding winter tires. He was very knowledgeable and professional as he assisted and directed me to the type of winter tire best suited for my needs. I am very happy with tthe tires and the price point for them.
Staff there are personable and approachable which in these difficult times makes for a pleasant visit to the shop. One of the most impressive things I found that Carmen does is staying in contact. You are not just a number, you are a customer with a name and needs. I believe they understand everyone is on a budget of some sort and price their services and parts fairly.
I am also having Carmen and crew run a mechanical check and complete any work required along with purchasing more winter tires on my 2nd household vehicle ( Mini Cooper) . Given my dealings with them thus far I feel it will continue to be a positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was great. No pressure to buy something I didn't need. The tires they recommended for my truck were nice and quiet yet still had the look I wanted. Very happy with the service and 100% worth the drive for me to come back for more service. Also much better value than what I was quoted at other shops around the Okanagan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The crew did a fantastic job. I had previously gone to a different shop to have my Jeep Patriot look at to see what it needs. They gave me an estimate on what they said they “thought it was”. I later spoke with Canadian 4x4 about it and they had me bring it in to be checked. Not only was it not what I was previously told but the price was even less. There was an opportunity to take advantage but they didn’t. They were honest with me and gave the best price.
Once I picked it up there was an added bonus that we were planning to do but hadn’t expected. The interior of our Jeep was very nicely detailed which made us very happy.
I spoke to the owner about oil changes to only to find out I had been way over paying at a franchise in Vernon when I could have been getting it done locally for less.
I always look for opportunities to support business and I will definitely be continuing that here.
