★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past 2 years, I have rented 3 times from UMI Trailer (also Canadian 4x4). Each time I had problems with equipment that is not maintained really well - tires worn, brakes not working, ...
The owner gets upset when you tell him that there is something wrong with the equipment and has kind of a bad attitude against customers.
Can't really recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a u-tow trailer for a weekend camping trip. It was clean and in good working order. UMI gave us a good run down all the features of the travel trailer. The trailer was very well equipped, had all the dishes, and camping accessories needed. Was a very enjoyable experience. We rented a trailer to see how we would like camping as a family to help us decide if we wanted to buy one or not. We loved it, but realized the convince of a rental makes sense for us, and plan to rent a few times a year rather than purchase. Thanks UMI, everything was top notch from online booking to quick and easy drop off. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience. My wife and I rented a small trailer for the first time and the staff were super friendly. When hooking up we went through everything thoroughly and ensured I knew what to do.
The Tralee was clean and well stocked for all we needed. The website has great videos on each unit that reviews all things about the unit and how to use everything properly. One suggestion I might make would be to perhaps have that posted somewhere inside the unite or mention the video during the walk thru as I only noticed by chance.
When we returned staff were welcoming and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our trip.
Would definitely recommend them and rent again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I rented a 28' camper for 5 nights. The camper was delivered to and picked up from the campsite. The unit was clean and had everything as contracted. Something that they are working on is a clear written guide for people who are new to camping featuring how things work: furnace/AC, electrical info like generator vs battery use, water tank capacity and how/why to minimize use. The people that work at RV Adventure Rental were courteous and always answered the phone.
