Fortunes Landing Pub

This place is very old and outdated. The room i stayed in smelt like cigarets and booze. I would highly recommend staying at a different establishment. Once i checked out the "Owner charged my card an additional $126 for having a pet in my room for a short period of time as i had a friend stop in for a quick visit. I was also charged for smoking in the room and i don’t even smoke!

Service was great. Staff was charming and accommodating for the 7 of us. Food was above and beyond for a pub/diner. The beef dip was top 3 for me. The calamari came with pita and fresh tzitziki. Overall I am looking forward to coming back.

Good food & drinks with an atmosphere that was perfect for meeting up with some old friends.

Me and my wife have had a hard time finding a new home in enderby area, We have been staying at fortunes for almost 11 months. The owners and staff have been amazing people to us and we would like to thank them for being such great hosts. Great people, great food great place!!!

I really want to like this place.. because I love Enderby, and I believe in our local businesses.. however I can’t support a business that allows this kind of service. This stir fry cost $17. The server was super great, replaced our stirfry, unfortunately though it was the same portion size. There is definitely an adjustment that needs to be made to either the pricing of the menu or the menu itself if they can’t afford appropriate portions. It’s not fair to customers who pay good money for their food, and it isn’t fair to the awesome servers who have to field the complaints.

Only One waitress serving all! Hope she was pd well. Food was good for 3 of us. Of course we waited about 40 mins to receive order

We had a very underwhelming service a few nights ago. When we arrived for dinner the middle aged server with the short hair, looked at us like we inconvenienced her by walking in the door. It was noticeable enough, that we both commented on it when we sat down. We ordered our drinks, appetizer and dinner. Our drinks came quickly enough as well as our appetizer. My partner had finished their drink part way through the appy. She didn't ask how our food was or to see if we would like another drink. Our dinner came out quickly and was brought to the table. Our appetizer was finished and sitting in the middle of the table with napkins in it along with the empty drinks. She dropped off the food and walked away. Left the plate and glasses and didn't ask if we would like another. We ate our meal without anything to drink. She litteraly wiped a table down right next to us at one point, so not sure how she didn't notice. She did not come back to the table once. After we ate, we sat there for five minutes before we finally got up and asked for the bill. I was a server for twenty years and this was some of the worst service I've seen. I would understand if the pub was busy but it was not. There were two tables and three people at the bar when we sat down. The two tables where finished when we arrived and got up and paid within five minutes of us being there. So really no excuse, Her attitude sucked as well as her service. The food was good that's why I'm giving it three stars.

Met here to eat with family as a meeting place between Vernon and Salmon Arm. Service was great even though she was the only one working. She was a bit short at first but was busy and alone. She was very quick and made sure we had everything. The food was very good and good sized portions. The kids meal was basically a full size burger and was really appreciated. The fish and chips were excellent. The chicken fingers were fantastic and the next door burger was big with bacon and onion rings and was thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely go back here.
