I highly recommend "Willway Millwork & Cabinetry Inc." This family owned business created the most beautiful sewing room for me. Very reliable, treat you like family and in my opinion the quality of their work is a notch above the rest. So glad I found the best!!!

Excellent product & fabulous customer service. Trevor & Jenny were a pleasure to work with, from choosing which type of countertops to installation day. I chose Acrylic Solid Surface Countertops for my kitchen & bathrooms which enabled me to have a gorgeous under mount sink in the kitchen and a custom Talavera sink in my bathroom. Highly recommended...

We had an amazing experience with Willway. The custom cabinetry for our veterinary hospital turned out just as we had envisioned even with the last minute changes that we had asked for. We will absolutely be using Jenny and Trevor for any future renovations and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality custom work!

Upon meeting Jenny and Trevor, Trevor appeared to be very professional and envisioned exactly what we had pictured for our kitchen Reno, we were excited. After working with them over the next couple months, we had nothing but problem after problem, they were unable to match stain Trevor waited until 3 days before install to confirm a stain color because they couldn't match what they had promised 4 months prior , thier communication was horrendous it seemed as though every question and concern we had went Un awnsered and unbothered by both Jenny and Trevor himself throughout this process. There was alot of "We can't do this or we can't do that" when installing, he showed up at 11am on one of the 3 install days frustrated that WE were not home when he decided to show up and very unprofessionally approached my NEIGHBORS to ask where we were. ? When the cabinets were getting installed, they had 2 cupbard doors that they drilled wrong, ON INSTALLATION DAY so we are still waiting for a cupboard door currently .....3 visits from Willway to arrive to complete the kitchen...3! And every single time it was nothing but bad news . In addition we had Trevor approach us to "Do him a solid" after they had drilled the holes wrong in not 1 but 2 cupbard doors that "we would never see the improfections" and to let them fix them instead of "wasting his money to order another door". Infuriating. Furthermore, upon inspection a week later there's knicks and dings in one of the doors from drilling a hole improperly, the drawers are not aligned, and to top things off of this horrible Experience with Willway a finishing piece to a opening has fallen off, like completely off, it appears he used plugs and tried to just jam them between the cupbards.....There was stain marks on the bottom of the drawer , when we approached him how to remove it he replied "he forgot to bring his rubbing alcohol and we could do it ourselves. Alot of money for VERY poor quality customer service and poor workmanship. One last thing, you may experience delays if you or your significant other doesn't have tools ie: chop saw because they "Forgot" thier own. All we see is a company who didn't value our money or time. Postitive note: The man he subcontracts (Zach) was amazing! Thank you Zach for all your hard work matching and staining the cupboards and going out of your way so my husband was able to see the finished product before he left.

We chose Willway Millwork and Cabinetry Inc to redo our kitchen this year. When Trevor came over to do our initial estimate he was so friendly and informative tha we knew right away that we wanted to work with him. He is the owner of the company and the installer, so we knew that everything would be done perfectly (and it was!). Trevor and Jenny made our kitchen renovation so easy and unstressful. They are so accomdating and most importantly, they listened to what we wanted. They didn't offer us anything we didn't want and they stayed within our budget. We are so happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend Willway to anyone looking for an exceptional millwork installer to work with.

Working with Trevor & Jenny at Willway was a pleasure! We had kitchen cupboards made for our cottage and Trevor was very helpful in designing the cabinets to accommodate our small space with every inch providing unique, usable storage. Beautiful work and good people to deal with. Anyone that thinks that the renovation process will always be 'perfect' is delusional, there will always be issues that crop up but it's how they are dealt with that makes the difference. Our home is beautiful thanks to the efforts of Trevor, Jenny and their team. We would (and hopefully will) use them again!
