★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. For the most part, they carry a fair amount of diversity in stock.
My frustration lies with not receiving calls back when something I am waiting for -on order- has arrived. I am told that my name will be placed on certain items. They write everything down, including my name and number, and put it all in an order book. They tell me they will call me by a certain day, and in the last while, they never return those calls that are promised. Multiple times, I will go in and the items I ordered will be on the shelves. I have voiced my concern to a few staff members, and they reassure me that they will call me. It hasnt happened yet. I really hope that they can get someone designated to contact all of the customers that are waiting for orders to arrive. Another suggestion, please dont promise what cant be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pellets from these folk said they would deliver Monday two mondays later I had to call to get the product delivered. Specific instructions were given to driver on site as to where to unload on concrete pad . Half ended up on lawn and Cherry tree was damaged ! Multiple bags of product where damaged.
Very poor service and now no response from company. I would suggest Armstrong HH .

Every time I've gone there I was surprised by what was in stock that I thought I would have to go elsewhere for. If you get a chance check them out they just might have what your needing.
